SETTING UP THE DEVICE

Warning: Clean the pan and the cover before use.

1) Set the temperature setting button to 'Off' position and insert the automatic heat regulator into the plug.
2) Insert the socket to the 230V plug.
3) Set the temperature depending on the foods you are cooking. The control lamp will light when the pan heats.

COOKING

Wait for 5 to 10 min. after setting the temperature. You can start cooking when the control lamp is lit.

NOTE:

  • The lamp goes off when the temperature thermostat activates, this is doing not indicate a fault.
  • Any discolorations are only on the surface, they do not have any impact on the cooking

performance of the pan.

  • During the first use, you might notice a slight smell (caused by coating or dusts) which is absolutely normal. Provide sufficient ventilation and the smell will go away in subsequent uses.
  • Use the steam outlet on the cover to control the steam formation inside the pan.
  • Do not place any flammable materials on the pizza pan.

AFTER USE

1) After use, switch the setting button to 'Off' position.
2) Disconnect from the plug and remove the automatic temperature regulator from the pan.
3) Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance, hold and pull from the socket.

thermostat gets very hot during use. Allow for the pan to cool down before removing this piece.

4) Clean the pan with a dry and soft cloth after cooling.
5) Be careful when handling the glass cover. Do not cool it rapidly and do not use it if you notice apparent scratches and/or cracks on the surface.

When handling the pan, please observe the following:

The surface of the pan is non-sticking teflon, therefore:

  • Don't use any sharp pointed objects.
  • Only use wooden or heat resistant plastic utensils in order to avoid damage to the coating.
  • Do not use a sharp knife to slice foods while they are inside the cooking plate. Use another plate for slicing.
  • Do not leave the temperature regulating thermostat on the pan.
  • Do not use plastic or metal brushes for cleaning. These materials will cause abrasion on the pan surface. Clean the pan using a damp cloth after use.

The remaining frying oil and other food remains may cause risk of fire.

INFORMATION ABOUT USAGE FAULTS

Only use the specified voltage for the appliance. Check with your local voltage to see if they match.

To avoid any risk hazards, a damaged power cable must be changed by the manufacturer, service organization or a likewise qualified technician. Do not attempt to open the device yourself in case of a

failure, contact our maintenance center or after sales service.

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Doing so will void your warranty and our company will assume no responsibility for resulting failures.

DURING TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING

  • Do not drop the product,
  • Protect from impacts,
  • Ensure it doesn't get crushed or squeezed,
  • Observe the marks on the packaging,
  • Use the original packing materials during transport.

Safety Precautions and Recommendations:

Observe the following against the risk of electric shock, fire and other damages:

  • The voltage of the mains plug should be 230V.
  • The cable should not kink or get damage.
  • Do not pull from the cable when unplugging the appliance.
  • Do not place the pan in cold water while it is still hot.
  • Allow the appliance to dry after cleaning for cooking.

Do not place the appliance on these surfaces:

- Unstable, flammable surfaces (paper, table cloth, carpets, etc.)

- Keep a distance of 15 cm from the walls.

Temperature Regulation Thermostat

  • The thermostat is a sensitive piece of equipment and it should not be dropped or damaged.
  • Only use authentic thermostat for the appliance.
  • Make sure you place the thermostat correctly. Do not pull from its cable, hold the connection point to pull.
    • Take the thermostat to the nearest service organization if it is damaged.
