How do I get the best sound quality from my SE530 earphones?

Ensure a tight seal between the sleeve and your ear canal. If bass response seems weak, try a different sleeve size or type. Compress foam sleeves before inserting and hold for 10 seconds while they expand.

How do I wear the SE530 earphones?

Two methods: over-the-ear or straight down. Tighten the cable by sliding the cable sleeve upward to remove slack. Grasp the earphone body to remove, not the cable.

What sleeves are included and how do I change them?

Included: Soft Flex (S, M, L), Soft Foam, and Triple-Flange. To change, twist and pull the old sleeve off. Push the new sleeve onto the nozzle until it fully covers the barb. The nozzle must not be exposed.

How do I clean my SE530 earphones and sleeves?

Remove sleeves from earphones. Rinse sleeves gently in warm water and air dry completely (foam takes longer). Wipe earphones and sleeves with mild antiseptic; do not use alcohol-based disinfectants. Use the cleaning tool's wire loop to clear any nozzle blockage without forcing objects inside.

What should I do if the sound quality changes?

Remove the sleeve and check the nozzle for blockage. If blocked, use the wire loop end of the cleaning tool to gently clear the obstruction. Do not push any object through the nozzle.

Two suggested methods for wearing the earphones are illustrated below.

Tighten the cable and take up slack by raising the cable sleeve.

If the earphone seems to be lacking in low frequency response (bass), check the tightness of the seal between the earphone and your ear, or try one of the other sleeve options.

Warning: Do not push the earphone sleeve beyond the ear canal opening.

To change earphone sleeve, twist and pull sleeve to remove it from the nozzle. Push new sleeve onto nozzle until you feel it slide completely over barb. If any part of the nozzle is exposed, sleeve is not properly installed. Replace sleeves if they do not grip the nozzle tightly

Note: Do not pull on cable to remove earphone. Grasp the body of earphone and gently twist to remove.

Your earphones come with a selection of sleeves. Make sure the sleeve you choose is easy to insert into your ear, fits comfortably, and is easy to remove from your ear.

Soft Flex Sleeves

In small, medium, and large sizes. Made from pliable rubber.

Soft Foam Sleeves

When using the foam sleeves, compress the sleeve between your fingers before inserting it into the ear canal. Hold the earphone in place for about ten seconds while the foam expands and creates a tight seal.

Triple-Flange Sleeves

If desired, the sleeve stem may be shortened. Use a sharp scissors to carefully trim the stem to the desired length.

Note: Carefully slide sleeve over earphone nozzle barb for a secure grip.

If you notice a change in sound quality, remove the sleeve and check the nozzle of your earphone. If nozzle is blocked, clear obstruction by using wire loop end of cleaning tool.

When cleaning, do not force any object through the earphone nozzle! This will damage the earphone sound filter.

Careful maintenance ensures a tight seal between the sleeve and nozzle, improving sound quality and product safety.

	Keep the earphones and sleeves as clean and dry as possible.
	To clean sleeves, remove them from earphones, gently rinse in warm water and air dry. Foam sleeves require a longer drying time. Inspect for damage and replace if necessary.Ear sleeves must be completely dry before reusing.
