Avoid the risk of fatal injury from electric shock

■ Always check the mains plug for damage before connecting the light to the mains. Never use the light if it shows any signs of damage.
In the event of damage, repairs or other problems with the light, please contact the service centre or an electrician.
- Ensure that the light does not come into contact with water or other liquids under any circumstances.
■ Never open or insert anything into electrical fittings or equipment (e.g. switches, fitting socket). This will pose a risk of fatal injury from electric shock.
■ Only touch the insulated area of the mains plug when connecting to or disconnecting from the mains!
To prevent hazards, a damaged flexible outer lead of this light may only be exchanged by the manufacturer, his service representative or by an equally qualified specialist.

Place the cover plate 2 onto the thread 4 of the lamp stand 5.
☐ Screw the locating screw 1 clockwise onto the thread 4.
☐ Plug the mains plug 6 into a properly installed power socket.

Safe working

■ Position the lamp so it is protected from moisture and dirt.
■ Always be attentive! Always pay attention to what you are doing and use common sense.
Do not cover the lamp with objects. Excessive heat can result in fire.
Do not use the mains lead as a carrying handle.
Do not look into the light bulb from a close distance during operation.
Do not look at the LED with an optical instrument (e.g. magnifier).
In order to disconnect the lamp completely from the power supply, the mains plug must be removed from the socket.
The lamp's illuminant is not replaceable. The entire lamp needs to be replaced if the illuminant reaches the end of its service life.

Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.

Attention: The silicone ring and the cover plate 2 are pre-assembled with the locating screw 1, but are not screwed tight.

☐ Loosen the locating screw 1 from the thread 4 of the lamp stand 5.
☐ Also remove the cover plate 2 from the lamp stand 5.
Place the glass lampshade 3 on the silicone ring and hold the glass lampshade 3 in place

- Switching the light on / off

☐ Touch the lamp base 7 to switch the lamp on or off.

Dimming the lamp

☐ To dim the light bulb, touch the lamp base 7 multiple times in short succession.

□ Switch the lamp off.
