How do I assemble the fan?

Attach the base to the main unit by aligning the grooves and twisting until secure. Then insert the front and back grills over the blades and tighten the screws.

How do I clean the fan?

Unplug the fan. Use a soft damp cloth to wipe the grills and body. Do not use water or chemicals directly on the motor. For deeper cleaning, remove the grill and blade assembly as per manual.

What type of batteries does the remote control use?

The remote uses one CR2025 coin cell battery. Remove the plastic tab before first use. Replace when signal weakens.

How do I use the oscillation feature?

Press the oscillation button on the fan or remote control. The fan will oscillate left to right. Press again to stop at a fixed position.

How do I set the timer?

Press the timer button repeatedly to set from 0.5 to 7.5 hours. The timer indicator will show the selected time. The fan will turn off automatically after that duration.

Why is the fan making noise?

Ensure the fan is on a flat surface and blades are clean. Loose screws or a worn motor bearing may cause noise. Tighten all screws. If noise persists, contact support.

What safety precautions should I take?

Do not operate near water or with wet hands. Keep children away. Unplug when not in use. If the fan tips over, it may automatically shut off due to safety switch.

Can I use an extension cord with the fan?

Yes, but use a cord rated for at least 125V and 10A. Do not use excessively long cords. Ensure connections are secure.

How do I reset the fan after a power outage?

Simply press the power button to restart. If the fan does not turn on, check the fuse or circuit breaker. The overheat protection may have tripped; wait 10 minutes before resuming.

1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).

• Ensure the batteries are inserted in the correct direction.
• Do not mix different types of batteries.
• When replacing the batteries, ensure both batteries are changed simultaneously.
• 2xAAA size batteries are required

1. TIMER: You can set the time for the appliance to work for 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h, 7h, 8h and 9h. When working, press the TIMER button for a regular shutdown; In standby, press the TIMER button to set the timer.
2. OSC: When working, you can make it swing or not if by pressing this button.
3. ON/OFF: Starts or stops operating
4. SPEED: There are 1-8 speeds to choose from. Press this button and choose the desired speed.
5. MODE: When working, you can press this button to choose between a normal fan mode, natural wind or sleep fan. model.
6. MIST: Press this button to activate or stop the water spray.

1. In standby mode, press the "MIST" button to control the water atomization.

2.3. Maintenance

• Disconnect from mains before maintenance or cleaning.
• Once the fan guard is assembled, it's forbidden to take off the guards when cleaning.
• Use only a damp cloth to clean the enclosure.
• Body: Clean it with soft cloth or soft, thin paper. If the dust is uneasy to wipe away, rub it with soap water. Don't use gasoline, diluents and other solvents.
• Fan blades: Don't dismantle the unit to clean the blades. (Warning : unplug the fan before cleaning it.)
