How do I set the clock on my Blomberg BEO9566Z oven?

Press the Clock button until the time flashes, then use the +/- buttons to adjust hours and minutes. Press Clock again to confirm.

What does the pyrolytic self-cleaning function do?

The pyrolytic function heats the oven to a very high temperature (approx. 480°C) to burn off food residues into ash, which can be easily wiped away after cooling.

How do I activate the child lock?

Press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds. A key symbol will appear on the display, indicating the lock is active.

Can I use aluminum foil in the oven?

Yes, but avoid covering the bottom of the oven or the heating elements, as it may cause overheating or fire. Place foil on the shelf or tray only.

Why is my oven not heating up?

Check that the oven is properly plugged in, the circuit breaker is not tripped, and the timer is not set. If the problem persists, contact Blomberg service.

How do I replace the oven light?

Disconnect the power, remove the glass cover by turning it counterclockwise, replace the bulb with a new 25W/300°C halogen bulb, and reassemble.

What is the maximum temperature of the oven?

The maximum temperature is 250°C for normal functions, and up to 480°C during pyrolytic cleaning.

How do I calibrate the temperature?

Temperature calibration is not user-adjustable. If the oven consistently cooks unevenly, contact Blomberg support.

Can I bake with the fan on?

Yes, the fan-assisted function circulates hot air for even baking. Adjust recipe temperatures by about 20°C lower than conventional.

What do I do if the oven door is misaligned?

Check if the hinges are loose. Tighten the screws gently. If the door still does not close properly, contact a qualified technician.
