How do I connect the HTS-1000P to my TV and devices?

Connect your HDMI sources (e.g., set-top box, game console) to the input ports on the switch. Then connect the output port to your TV via an HDMI cable. Finally, plug in the power adapter and turn on the switch.

Why is there no signal on my TV after switching inputs?

Ensure all HDMI cables are securely connected. Try pressing the input selection button on the switch or remote to confirm the correct input is selected. Also check that your source device is powered on.

Can the HTS-1000P support 4K resolution?

Yes, the HTS-1000P supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, provided your TV and source devices also support 4K.

Please use Cat5 cable to connect the HTS-1000P to an Ethernet network switch or hub.

3. Prior Installation Requirements

1. The HTS-1000P is for the indoor environment and cannot be installed in the outdoor environment.
2. The IP address can be obtained via router or set the static IP at Network Setting.

Janitor Function of calling janitor.
Intercom	Intercom can be had via the HDP-1100PT to view visitor and talk to him/her upon the door phone call.
Camera	Connected to surveillance cameras, the HDP-1100PT is able for you to view the areas around your house.
Contacts	The contacts that are permitted to communicate with the HTS-1000P.
Control	To control lighting or other Z-Wave devices' switches
