Frequently Asked Questions - CW2 Eldom

How do I assemble the Eldom CW2 juicer?
Place the motor base on a flat surface. Attach the pulp container at the back, then fit the stainless steel strainer basket onto the drive shaft. Lock the lid by aligning the arrows and turning clockwise until it clicks. Finally, place the juice jug under the spout.
Can I juice whole fruits without cutting them?
It is recommended to cut fruits into smaller pieces to fit the feed chute. The chute is large enough for apples and oranges, but hard ingredients like carrots should be cut into chunks to prevent clogging.
How do I clean the juicer parts?
All removable parts (lid, strainer, pulp container, juice jug) are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash with warm soapy water and use the included brush to clean the fine mesh strainer. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth only.
What is the reverse function for?
If ingredients get stuck during juicing, press the reverse button to briefly spin the strainer in the opposite direction. This helps dislodge the blockage. Use it for 2-3 seconds at a time.
Why does the juicer stop during operation?
The juicer has an overload protection feature. If too much pulp builds up or the motor overheats, it will shut off automatically. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then reduce the amount of ingredients you juice at once.
Can I juice leafy greens like spinach?
Yes, but for best results, mix leafy greens with harder ingredients (e.g., celery or cucumber) to help push them through. Roll leaves into a ball before inserting.
How do I store the juicer?
Clean and dry all parts thoroughly. Assemble the juicer loosely to prevent odour, or store parts separately. Keep the motor base in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
What accessories are included?
The package includes a juice jug, pulp container, stainless steel strainer, lid, pusher, and a cleaning brush.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, the Eldom CW2 comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Keep your purchase receipt.
Can I replace parts if they break?
Spare parts such as the pulp container, juice jug, strainer, and pusher are available through Eldom's service network. Check the product page or contact support.
