An Err or OL display indicates overload. The maximum weight capacity is 180 kg (396 lbs). Remove the excess weight immediately to avoid damage.

How do I clean the scale safely?

Clean the scale with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Dry thoroughly before use.

The display is dim or not working. What should I do?

First, check if the battery is installed correctly or needs replacement. If using batteries, ensure they have proper polarity. If still dim, the display may be faulty.

What is the tare function and how do I use it?

The tare function allows you to zero out the scale after placing a container on it. Place the container, then press the TARE or ZERO button to reset the weight to zero. Add the content without the container's weight.

How do I get the most accurate weight reading?

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface (not carpet). Stand still on the center of the platform. Weigh yourself at the same time each day for consistency.

Can I use the scale on carpet?

For best accuracy, place the scale on a hard, flat surface such as tile or hardwood floor. Carpet can cause inaccurate readings due to instability.

The scale turns off too quickly. Can I adjust the auto-off time?

No, the auto-off time is fixed at approximately 10 seconds of inactivity. This is to conserve battery life. Step off and on to wake it up.

Batteries installation or replacement

Remove the compartment cover and insert two AAA batteries. Make sure terminals (positive and negative) are positioned correctly.

How to properly use the scale

To obtain a complete measurement of weight and body composition, stand on the scale with bare feet; these must be in contact with the metal plates (sensors).

HOW TO USE

■ With Smartphone App

Through an application, you can monitor your weight and body composition (fat, liquids, mass, bones and muscles) to keep track and consult the healthy indexes according to your height, sex and age.

It requires a mobile device with iOS or Android and Bluetooth technology

Installation and Registry

This application is not owned by Steren; the company is not responsible for its operation and updates

1 Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
2 Install Leaone App from the app store of your device.

3 Enter the application. Press Únete. Then, enter an email and a password, then press Únete.

9 Stand on the scale to pair it with your device. If the pairing is successful, the reading of your weight (in kilograms) will appear on the screen. Press Enlazado to continue or wait for the screen to change automatically.

Stand on the scale carefully and erectly. The screen will turn on automatically and show its weight, it will disappear after a few seconds.

You can change the unit of measurement (Weight: kg, lb, st: lb) with the UNIT selector, located on the back of the scale.

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year on the other parts from the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS

1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge. The supplier will pay for transportation charges.
