On the DuroMax XP9500iH generator, the spark plug is located at the top of the gasoline engine. Here’s how to access it:

Locate the engine cover on top of the unit
Identify the black spark plug wire coming out from the top of the engine
The spark plug is directly beneath this wire, seated in the engine cylinder

For maintenance or replacement, make sure the engine is cold and turned off first. Disconnect the spark plug wire by gently pulling it, then use a suitable spark plug wrench (usually 20 or 21 mm) to unscrew the plug.
