The parking brake of the Gaggle Jamboree 6 may remain locked after initial assembly. This is a common situation that can be easily resolved.

Steps to unlock the brake:

Locate the brake: The parking brake is located under the rear axle assembly (where the rear wheels are attached).
Check the brake bar: You will see a brake bar that must be in the released position for the stroller to roll.
Unlocking: Place your foot under the brake bar and pull it upwards until you feel a distinct click. The bar should lock in the up position (unlocked).
Test: Try to roll the stroller. The rear wheels should turn freely.

Important: Once unlocked, the brake can re-engage by pressing down firmly on the bar with your foot. Make sure the bar returns to the up position after each use.

If the brake bar remains completely stuck and does not move at all despite your efforts, it may be a manufacturing defect. In this case, contact Gaggle customer service to report a defective brake - they can send you a replacement rear axle assembly.
