The red button on the YOYO 6+ won't pull - how to unlock it?

The red button (release button) on the YOYO 6+ may get stuck if you haven't followed the correct order of operation when folding or unfolding the stroller.

To unfold the stroller:

Pull the red release button/handle located in the center of the handlebar simultaneously with the locking click
Continue pulling until you hear a distinct "click" - this is the signal that the mechanism has unlocked
If the button seems stuck, check that you are correctly pressing the safety lock at the same time

To fold the stroller:

Pull the folding strap in the center of the handlebar
Push the stroller down simultaneously
The red button automatically locks in this position
