Comment connecter l'enceinte Edifier QS20 en Bluetooth ?

Allumez l'enceinte en appuyant sur le bouton d'alimentation. Activez le Bluetooth sur votre appareil et sélectionnez Edifier QS20 dans la liste des périphériques disponibles. Un signal sonore confirmera la connexion.

Comment régler le volume de l'enceinte ?

Utilisez les boutons +/- situés sur l'enceinte. Vous pouvez également régler le volume directement depuis votre appareil connecté.

Que faire si l'enceinte ne s'allume pas ?

Vérifiez que le câble USB-C est correctement branché et que la source d'alimentation fournit au moins 5V/1A. Essayez un autre câble ou adaptateur secteur.

Puis-je utiliser l'enceinte en mode filaire ?

Oui, connectez un câble audio 3.5 mm entre votre appareil et l'entrée AUX de l'enceinte. Le mode Bluetooth est alors désactivé automatiquement.

Comment savoir si l'enceinte est en charge ?

Un voyant LED rouge indique que la batterie est en charge. Lorsque la charge est complète, le voyant devient bleu ou s'éteint selon le modèle.

Le son est faible ou distordu, que faire ?

Vérifiez le volume de votre appareil source et de l'enceinte. Assurez-vous que la distance entre l'enceinte et l'appareil ne dépasse pas 10 mètres. Éloignez l'enceinte des objets métalliques qui pourraient interférer avec le signal Bluetooth.

Comment nettoyer l'enceinte Edifier QS20 ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour essuyer la surface. N'utilisez pas de produits chimiques ou abrasifs. Évitez que l'eau ne pénètre dans les ouvertures.

L'enceinte ne se connecte pas après une mise à jour du smartphone, que faire ?

Supprimez l'enceinte de la liste des appareils Bluetooth de votre téléphone. Éteignez et rallumez l'enceinte, puis relancez la procédure de couplage.

Puis-je utiliser l'enceinte pendant la charge ?

Oui, vous pouvez utiliser l'enceinte tout en la rechargeant. La qualité sonore n'est pas affectée.

Comment réinitialiser l'enceinte aux paramètres d'usine ?
