Comment détartrer la machine Royal BLACK ?

Utilisez le programme de détartrage automatique avec une solution détartrante Saeco. Suivez les instructions du manuel.

Que faire si le café n'est pas chaud ?

Vérifiez la température réglée (augmentez-la dans le menu). Assurez-vous que la machine a bien chauffé. Si le problème persiste, nettoyez le circuit.

Comment mousser du lait avec la buse vapeur ?

Plongez la buse dans le lait froid, ouvrez la vapeur, plongez la buse pour chauffer. Utilisez du lait entier pour une meilleure mousse.

Pourquoi le café a-t-il un goût amer ?

La mouture est trop fine ou le dosage est trop élevé. Ajustez la mouture et/ou réduisez la dose de café.

Comment nettoyer le broyeur ?

Retirez le réservoir à grains, brossez le broyeur avec la brosse fournie. Ne jamais utiliser d'eau.

Que signifient les icônes sur l'écran ?

Les icônes indiquent l'état : réservoir d'eau vide, bac plein, détartrage nécessaire. Consultez le manuel pour le détail.

Puis-je utiliser du café moulu ?

Oui, utilisez le compartiment pour café moulu (dose pré-moulue). N'ajoutez pas plus d'une cuillère.

La machine fuit de l'eau, que faire ?

Vérifiez que le réservoir d'eau est bien enclenché. Vérifiez les joints. Si la fuite persiste, contactez le SAV.

Comment régler la finesse de mouture ?

Tournez la molette de réglage située à l'intérieur du réservoir à grains. Effectuez un test après chaque changement.

Où trouver les pièces détachées ?

Les pièces sont disponibles sur le site Saeco ou chez les revendeurs agréés. Utilisez des pièces d'origine.
