Comment détartrer la machine Saeco Iperautomatica Premium ?

Utilisez le programme de détartrage intégré. Versez le détartrant dans le réservoir d'eau, suivez les instructions à l'écran. Rincez ensuite le circuit avec de l'eau claire.

Pourquoi mon café n'est-il pas assez chaud ?

Vérifiez que la tasse est préchauffée. Réglez la température via le menu Réglages. Si le problème persiste, effectuez un cycle de rinçage ou détartrez la machine.

Comment régler la mouture du café ?

Ouvrez le capot du broyeur et tournez la molette de réglage. Un réglage plus fin donne un café plus fort. Ajustez par incréments et testez entre chaque changement.

Que faire si la machine ne s'allume pas ?

Vérifiez le branchement électrique et la prise. Assurez-vous que le réservoir d'eau est correctement installé. Si rien ne fonctionne, contactez le service après-vente.

Comment nettoyer le groupe de percolation ?

Retirez le groupe amovible et rincez-le à l'eau tiède sans détergent. Laissez sécher avant de le remettre en place. N'utilisez pas de produit abrasif.

Puis-je utiliser du café moulu au lieu de grains ?

Oui, utilisez la trémie café moulu située sur le dessus. Mesurez la dose avec la cuillère fournie et versez-la dans le compartiment dédié.

Comment personnaliser la longueur de l'espresso ?

Appuyez sur le bouton de la boisson souhaitée et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu'à la quantité désirée. La machine mémorise le réglage pour la prochaine utilisation.

Que signifie le message 'vider le bac à marc' ?

Le bac à marc est plein. Ouvrez la porte, retirez le bac et videz-le. Remettez-le en place et assurez-vous qu'il est bien enclenché.

Comment remplacer le filtre à eau ?

Achetez un filtre compatible Saeco. Retirez l'ancien filtre du réservoir, insérez le nouveau et faites-le tremper dans l'eau avant de le remettre. Programmez la date de changement dans le menu.

Pourquoi y a-t-il de la vapeur qui s'échappe de la machine ?

C'est normal lors de la montée en pression ou après un cycle de vapeur. Si le dégagement est excessif, vérifiez que la buse vapeur est bien fermée et que les joints sont en bon état.
