Comment changer la lame de la scie Proxxon DS 115/E ?

Débranchez l'appareil. Desserrez la molette de tension de la lame. Retirez l'ancienne lame, placez la nouvelle (dents vers le bas pour une coupe vers l'avant) et tendez-la à l'aide de la molette jusqu'à ce qu'elle émette un son clair. Ne pas trop tendre.

Comment régler la vitesse de coupe ?

La vitesse est réglable par un potentiomètre situé sur le côté de la machine. Tournez-le pour augmenter ou diminuer la vitesse entre 500 et 1500 courses par minute.

Dévissez le bouton de blocage sous la table, inclinez la table à l'angle souhaité (0° à 45°) et resserrez le bouton. Utilisez le rapporteur pour un réglage précis.

Non, utilisez uniquement des lames à chantourner de longueur adaptée (environ 130 mm). Les lames à ruban ne conviennent pas.

Comment entretenir la machine ?

Nettoyez régulièrement les copeaux avec un aspirateur. Huilez les parties mobiles (guide-lame, mécanisme de tension) avec une huile légère. Vérifiez la tension de la lame avant chaque utilisation.

Que faire si la lame casse pendant l'utilisation ?

Débranchez immédiatement l'appareil. Retirez les morceaux de lame avec précaution. Remplacez la lame par une neuve. Si le problème persiste, vérifiez que vous utilisez la bonne tension.

La scie vibre beaucoup, est-ce normal ?

Une légère vibration est normale. Si elle est excessive, vérifiez que la lame est correctement tendue, que la table est stable et que la machine est sur une surface plane. Serrez les vis de fixation.

Puis-je couper du métal avec cette scie ?

Oui, avec une lame adaptée au métal (à denture fine) et à faible vitesse. Portez des protections oculaires et acoustiques. La profondeur de coupe sera réduite.

Comment raccorder un aspirateur ?

Utilisez un adaptateur pour tuyau de 35 mm. Branchez le tuyau d'aspiration sur la sortie prévue à l'arrière de la machine. Cela réduit la poussière et les copeaux.
