Comment connecter le clavier au récepteur ?
Insérez le récepteur USB dans un port libre de votre ordinateur. Le clavier se connecte automatiquement. S'il ne fonctionne pas, appuyez sur le bouton Connect situé sous le clavier.
Que faire si le clavier ne répond plus ?
Vérifiez l'état des piles. Si elles sont faibles, remplacez-les. Assurez-vous que le récepteur est bien branché. Vous pouvez également réinitialiser le clavier en retirant les piles pendant 10 secondes.
Comment remplacer les piles ?
Retournez le clavier, ouvrez le compartiment à piles en faisant glisser le couvercle. Insérez deux piles AAA en respectant la polarité, puis refermez.
Quelle est la portée du clavier ?
La portée maximale est de 10 mètres en champ libre. Les obstacles comme les murs peuvent réduire cette distance.
Le clavier est-il compatible avec ma tablette ?
Oui, si votre tablette dispose d'un port USB ou d'un adaptateur OTG. Le clavier fonctionne avec les systèmes Windows, Mac et Linux.
Comment nettoyer le clavier ?
Utilisez un chiffon doux légèrement humide pour essuyer la surface. Ne versez jamais de liquide directement sur le clavier et évitez les produits chimiques.
Puis-je utiliser le touchpad en même temps que le clavier ?
Oui, le pavé tactile fonctionne simultanément avec le clavier. Vous pouvez cliquer, faire défiler et utiliser les gestes multipoints.
Comment réinitialiser le clavier ?
Retirez les piles, attendez 10 secondes, puis réinsérez-les. Reconnectez le récepteur USB si nécessaire.
Où trouver le récepteur USB ?
Le récepteur est rangé dans un compartiment situé sous le clavier. Si perdu, vous pouvez commander un récepteur de remplacement auprès du service client Rapoo.
Que faire si une touche est bloquée ?
Retirez toute saleté sous la touche à l'air comprimé ou avec un coton-tige imbibé d'alcool à friction. Si le problème persiste, contactez le SAV.
