Comment brancher le microphone V-420 sur un système Valcom ?

Connectez les deux fils du microphone aux bornes Audio et GND de votre amplificateur Valcom. Assurez-vous que le +24V est bien fourni.

Pourquoi le voyant LED ne s'allume-t-il pas ?

Vérifiez l'alimentation 24V et la connexion du câble. Si le voyant reste éteint, le microphone peut être défectueux.

Le microphone ne produit aucun son, que faire ?

Vérifiez les branchements, le volume de l'amplificateur et l'état du bouton poussoir. Testez avec un autre microphone si possible.

Puis-je utiliser le V-420 avec un amplificateur d'une autre marque ?

Oui, à condition que l'amplificateur accepte un signal microphone symétrique basse impédance et fournisse une alimentation 24V.

Comment nettoyer le microphone ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux légèrement humide (pas mouillé). Évitez tout liquide pénétrant dans la grille.

Le bouton poussoir se bloque-t-il en position enfoncée ?

Oui, il dispose d'une fonction de verrouillage : appuyez à fond et relâchez pour maintenir le micro actif. Appuyez à nouveau pour libérer.

Quelle est la portée maximale du câble ?

Le câble intégré mesure 2,4 mètres. Pour une distance plus longue, vous pouvez utiliser une rallonge adaptée (2 fils).

Le microphone capte du bruit de fond, comment réduire ?

Rapprochez-vous du micro et parlez plus fort. Ajustez le gain de l'amplificateur. Vérifiez que la directivité est bien orientée vers vous.

Puis-je remplacer la capsule moi-même ?

Oui, la capsule est dévissable. Commandez une pièce de rechange Valcom. Dévissez l'ancienne et vissez la nouvelle en respectant le sens du câble.

VALCOM LIMITED WARRANTY

Valcom, Inc. warrants its products only to the original purchaser, for its own use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This Limited Warranty obligation shall be limited to the replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:

1. inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim;
2. the defect is not the result of damage, misuse or negligence after the original shipment;
3. the product has not been altered in any way or repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened (a service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged);
4. freight charges for the return of products to Valcom are prepaid;
5. all units 'out of warranty' are subject to a service charge. The service charge will cover minor repairs (major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).
   This Limited Warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied and in no event shall Valcom, Inc. be liable for any anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or other losses incurred by the buyer In connection with the purchase, operation, maintenance, installation, removal or use of the product. The maximum liability of Valcom under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the specific Product covered by the warranty.
