Comment allumer la radio Scott CMX 95 ?

Tournez le bouton de volume situé sur le côté droit pour allumer l'appareil. Le voyant lumineux s'allume.

Comment sélectionner une station AM ou FM ?

Utilisez la molette de réglage pour parcourir les fréquences. Pour basculer entre AM et FM, utilisez le sélecteur de bande.

Puis-je utiliser la radio avec des piles ?

Oui, insérez 4 piles de type LR20 (non fournies) dans le compartiment prévu à l'arrière.

Comment régler l'antenne ?

Dépliez complètement l'antenne télescopique et orientez-la pour une meilleure réception. Pour FM, l'antenne doit être déployée horizontalement.

Que faire si le son est faible ou inexistant ?

Vérifiez le volume et la position de la station. Assurez-vous que l'antenne est bien déployée. Testez avec un casque sur la prise écouteurs.

Comment nettoyer la radio ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux légèrement humide. N'utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs ou de solvants.

La radio fonctionne-t-elle avec une prise secteur ?

Oui, branchez le cordon secteur fourni sur une prise 230V. L'alimentation secteur est prioritaire sur les piles.

Comment utiliser la prise casque ?

Insérez la fiche jack 3,5 mm du casque dans la prise située sur le côté. Le haut-parleur interne sera alors désactivé.

POWER SUPPLY

This unit is designed to operate with AC Adaptor (Included) as main supply. Plug one end of the AC adaptor into the AC socket, then plug the other end into AC wall inlet. The 9V type (1x006p not included) battery is used for clock back up only.

LISTEN TO THE RADIO

1. Slide the Function Switch to "ON" position.
2. Slide the Band Selector to FM or AM position.
3. Adjust the Volume Control for a desired listening level and select your favourite station with the Tuning control.
4. To turn off the radio, slide the Function Switch to "OFF" position.

TO SET THE TIME

1. Press and hold the Time set button.
2. Press the Hour set button to advance the hour display.

1. Press the Minute set button to advance the minute display until the correct time appears on the lime display.
2. Release the Time set button. The correct time is shown on display.

TO SET THE ALARM

1. Press and hold the Alarm set button while repeating step 2 and 3 described under "TO SET THE TIME" to set the desired wake-up time.
2. To check the correct alarm time, press the Alarm set button.

USING THE RADIO / BUZZER ALARM

1. Sel the alarm as shown in *TO SET THE ALARM*.
2. Follow the procedure in "LISTEN TO THE RADIO" to tune the desired station.
3. Set the Volume Control to your required listening level.
4. Slide the Function Switch to "AUTO" position. The radio will turn on to wake you up at the preset time.
5. To wake to the buzzer instead of the radio, set the alarm as shown in "TO SET THE ALARM". Slide the
   Function Switch to "ALARM" position. The buzzer will turn on to wake you up at the preset time.
   6 To turn off the radio or buzzer, slide the Function Switch to "OFF" position or press the Alarm set button.

SNOOZE FUNCTION

When the radio or buzzer sounds, press the Snooze button to switch off the alarm. Approximately 9 minutes later,

the alarm will switch on again. This snooze cycle will be activated up to 5 times within an hour period. To stop

the snooze cycle, slide the Function switch to "OFF" position or press Alarm set button.

SLEEP FUNCTION

1. Set the Function Switch to "ALARM", "AUTO" or "OFF" position.
2. Press the Sleep button. The clock display will show 59 minutes. The radio turns on and off automatically
   after 59 minutes.
3. To reduce the automatic shut off time, hold down the Sleep button and press the Minute set button to adjust to the desired sleep time.
4. To set the automatic play for up to 1 hour and 59 minutes, press and hold the Sleep button and press the Hour set button once. The clock will read 1 hour 59 minutes.
5. To turn the radio off prior to the preset sleep time, simply press the Snooze button.

ANTENNA

The FM radio has a flexible wire antenna on the back of the unit, uncoll the wire and extend to its full length for best

reception. For AM, the radio is supplied with a built-in directional aerial, rotate the unit for the best AM reception.
