Method 1: Brand Code Programming

Press and hold the SET button
Press the TV button
Enter the 3-digit code for the LG brand (codes can be found in the last pages of the user manual)
The LED will turn off if the code is accepted

Method 2: Automatic Search (if the code does not work)

Turn on your LG television
Point the remote at the television
Press and hold the SET and TV buttons for 3 seconds
The remote will send a series of off signals until your LG turns off
As soon as the TV turns off, immediately press TV to store this code
