To purge the pipes of the pH dosing system of your ZODIAC eXPERT pH, here is the procedure:

Ensure that the system is turned off and isolated.
Check that the suction pipes (transparent, PVC 6x4) and injection pipes (white, PE 6x4) are not blocked.

For the suction pipe: open the cap of the pH-minus bottle. You should have made two holes: one for the suction of the product, and a smaller one to allow air to escape and prevent the bottle from deforming.
Visually inspect the 2 meters of supplied pipe for any accumulation of residues or mineral deposits.
In case of blockage or poor flow, rinse the pipes with clear water by detaching them from the system.
Reconnect the pipes correctly to the peristaltic pump, ensuring that the pump rollers turn freely when restarting the system.

Check the condition of the pipes every 2 to 12 months to avoid dry running of the pump.
Regularly clean the probes (every 2 months) with warm water and a soft brush, and soak them in a diluted hydrochloric acid solution (1 mL HCl for 50 mL of water) for 2 minutes if necessary.
