In Every Home.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- Do not use the griddle on any metal table.
- Do not use the griddle next to devices, which react sensitively to magnet (e.g., radios, TV, cassette recorders, etc.).

Keep curtains, furniture, flammable materials, etc. away from the griddle and from the convenience outlet where the griddle is plugged.

Before using the griddle, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.)

Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the griller to the nearest Authorized Service Center.

Do not use the two-way socket with another appliance.

Do not place the unit near gas stove, an electric burner, in heated oven or near any hot surface.

Do not touch the griddle and the power plug with wet hands.

Do not insert objects like wires or tools into the plate socket, this may cause electric shocks.

Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.

Do not place any metal kitchen utensils, knives or other metal objects on the griddle. These may heat up when the griddle is turned on.

Do not place any magnetic objects on the griddle plate while the griddle is in use.

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the griddle plate and the thermostat control in water or any other liquids.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Extreme caution must be taken in moving an appliance containing hot oil or liquids.

Do not touch the Griddle Plate while cooking is in progress.

Do not use the griddle for other than intended use.

Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or malfunctioning of your appliance or result in injuries.

CAUTION: Never leave the unit unattended while cooking.

Not intended for outdoor use.

HOW TO USE
- Insert the griddle plate into the cool-touch base by aligning the Plate Socket into the base hole and push down the Griddle Plate.
- Insert the thermostat on the plate socket, ensuring that it is set to "OFF" position then plug the unit into the convenience outlet.

to low heat for best cooking result, very high temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten the life span of any non-stick surface. If higher temperatures are necessary, preheat on medium heat for a few minutes).
- When the Griddle Plate reaches the required temperature, the power light indicator will turn off.
- Put the food in Griddle Plate.
Note: 1. The unit comes with a rubber stopper that can be removed if you wish to grill with less oil

Make sure that the oil drip tray is in proper place before grilling.

Once the food is cooked, remove it from the Griddle Plate.
- Turn OFF and unplug after use.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always unplug the unit from the convenience outlet and allow to cool before putting ON or taking OFF parts and before cleaning.
Note: Make sure to remove the thermostat control before cleaning. - Wash the Griddle Plate with soap and water using sponge (Do not allow bottom part to get wet). Wipe it dry.
- Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
- Do not immerse the Griddle Plate and Thermostat Control in water or any other liquids.
- Base is washable with soap and water.
