No, metal utensils can scratch the non-stick coating. Use wooden or silicone utensils instead.

What is the maximum temperature?

The adjustable thermostat allows you to set the temperature up to approximately 230°C (450°F).

HOW TO USE

1. For initial use wipe the non-stick plate of the unit with damp cloth.
2. Plug the curved grill into the convenience outlet. The red-light indicator will turn ON.
3. Close the cover and prepare the ingredients while the unit is heating.
4. When it is ready, fully open the curved grill, and place the ingredients to the grilling plate.
5. Wait until the ingredients is cooked, then remove the cooked food into the grilling plate.
6. Unplug the unit after every use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug and wait for the unit to cool off before cleaning.
2. Wipe the non-stick coated plate with paper towels or soft cloth.
3. Wipe the body of the curved grill with damp cloth.
4. Remove and wash the oil drip tray with soap and water.
5. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches
