How do I connect the keyboard to a computer?

Use a USB cable from the keyboard's USB-MIDI port to your computer. Install no drivers; it will appear as a MIDI device for use with music software.

How can I change the voice/tone?

Can I use a sustain pedal?

Yes, connect a standard sustain pedal (with 1/4" TS plug) to the Sustain jack on the back panel. Ensure correct polarity if needed.

How do I use the transpose function?

Press the Transpose button, then use the +/- buttons to shift the pitch up or down by semitones. The setting is shown on the display.

Can I record my playing?

Yes, press the Record button to start recording (a red indicator lights). Press Play/Stop to stop. To listen, press Play/Stop again.

Why is no sound coming from the speakers?

Check the Master Volume slider. Ensure headphones are not plugged in (they mute speakers). Also check if the keyboard is powered on.

How do I restore factory settings?

Turn off the keyboard, then hold down the Tone and Rhythm buttons while turning it on. Continue holding until the display shows 'Reset'. Release, then press Yes.

What type of batteries does it use?

It uses 6 AA (LR6) alkaline batteries. Battery life is approximately 6 hours with continuous use.

How do I clean the keyboard?

Individual differences and specification changes

  • Install on a level and flat floor. Failure to do so may cause rattling, deformation, or tipping over.
• Do not install in locations with high temperature and humidity; this may cause mold and mites. These also tend to cause expansion and contraction of the wood, resulting in loosening and cracking of joints and premature deterioration of the product.
• When installing the product, keep it slightly away from the wall (approximate guideline is 10cm ). If the product is in direct contact with the wall, there is a risk of the color transferring or discoloring wallpaper. Also, poor ventilation and air stagnation, condensation on the wall, and outside air may cause mold to form, which may be hazardous to health.
• Placing the product in a location exposed to the airflow of an air conditioner or in direct sunlight may cause warping, cracking, deformation, or discoloration of the wood.
• When placing the product on cushion flooring, wooden flooring, tatami mats, etc., protect the floor surface by placing carpet or other protective material on the floor, or by applying protective material such as the included felt pads for the ends of the stool legs to prevent floor damage.

Precautions for use

• When unpacking, please make sure that the product is in good working order.

• Do not use commercial cleaners or substances containing surfactants, as these can adversely affect the material through staining, discoloration, or surface peeling.
• When cleaning the product, wipe wooden parts with a dry soft cloth. To clean the fabric, use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust or lint. If moisture gets on the fabric, wipe it off as soon as possible
• To prevent the absorption of moisture into the fabric, we recommend applying a commercially available water-repellent spray to the fabric before use, and periodically thereafter. Please read the precautions of the spray before use.

Precautions for maintenance and inspection

• Please Inspect the screws and hardware periodically for looseness or wobbling screwdriver when retightening wood screws. Do not over-tighten screws, as this can wood.
• The end bolt may loosen during use. Use a 5mm hexagonal wrench to periodically retighten the bolt.
• When inspecting screws and fittings, avoid allowing the grease applied to the central screw to adhere to clothing or the body.
• When disposing of the product, please contact a waste disposal contractor. Do not in product by yourself.
• Please dispose of unneeded packing materials properly as soon as possible in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Grease application method

①Rotate the seat to the lowest position.

②Invert the product body and apply grease to the center screw only. Note: Grease should be applied to this part to ensure smooth rotation of the center screw and to reduce rusting.

③Invert the product back to its normal position, then raise the seat to the highest position. Apply grease to the exposed center screw, then lightly wipe off excess grease with a soft cloth. Note: Grease is applied in this area to reduce the occurrence of rust.

④Repeat two to three times, raising and lowering the seat to ensure distribution of the grease. Wipe off any excess grease, or grease that has adhered to areas other than the center screw, using a soft cloth.
