How long does it take to heat up?

The electric warmer heats up rapidly within 10-15 minutes. The LED indicator on the power cord turns off once heating is complete.

After heating, the bag maintains a comfortable temperature for 4 to 6 hours, depending on the room temperature.

Can children use this electric blanket?

Children aged 8 years and older can use it under adult supervision. Children aged 3 to 8 years can only use it after an adult has checked the temperature. Children under 3 must not use it.

How should I clean the product?

The outer cover can be washed in lukewarm water (max 40°C). Do not wash the inner hot water bag; if dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth. Ensure the bag is completely dry before next use.

Is it safe to use while sleeping?

The manual does not recommend using it while sleeping. Always disconnect the plug before use, and do not leave unattended, especially with children.

Can I use it for medical pain relief?

This product is not a medical device. For rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhea, or other conditions, consult a physician before use.

What should I do if the LED doesn't turn on?

Before starting using the appliance, please read carefully all the instructions below. It is advisable to save this instruction manual for a future use.

READ CAREFULLY THIS USER MANUAL BEFORE USE AND KEEP IT SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.

WARNING

• We recommend following the instructions shown in the image above.
• Keep all packing material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) out of reach of the children, since they are potential sources of danger and must be disposed of as provided by law.
• ATTENTION: the following warnings refer only to the hot water bag, both when placed inside the animal-shaped cover, and when extracted from the cover. The animal-shaped cover, without a hot water bag inserted, can be used by children of all ages.
  • This appliance can be used by children from 8 years old and

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or with insufficient experience and knowledge, if they are carefully monitored or instructed on how to use the device safely and the dangers involved. Make sure children do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations can also be carried out by children under 8 years old if they are under supervision. Keep the appliance and the cord out of reach of children under 8 years old. Children under the age of 3 must not use the appliance in any way due to their inability to react to overheating. Children aged from 3 years old and less than 8 years old shall use the appliance under adult supervision and after the temperature has been checked by the supervisor.

- The heating phase of the water bag should only be carried out by adult persons. In order to avoid any accident or damage to children, you should never leave the appliance unattended in their presence during the heating phase. For this reason, it is advisable to place the product out of their reach during the heating phase.

- Before using, make sure that the unit is intact without visible damages.

- Do not use the product if the power cord or socket is damaged, if you notice any malfunction or if the appliance has dropped into the water. In these cases, always contact the authorized after sale service. Always disconnect the plug whenever you notice an operating fault.

- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.

- Do not use the product when connected to the mains (heating phase). Once the product has warmed up, disconnect it from the network and use it.

- Do not pierce the product fabrics and do not damage it, positioning objects on it, even when it is stored. Before use, always check the unit is intact. Do not ingest the liquid contained in the bag. Never attempt to change the water contained in the bag.

- The plug of the appliance must be properly plugged in. Do not alter the plug in any way. Do not use adapters.

- Do not use the product if it has fallen to the ground if there are visible signs of damage or loss.

- Do not pull the cable to lift, carry, or remove the plug from the power outlet.

- Make sure the cable does not have knots or folds. Check the status of the power cord. Damaged or knotted cables increase the risk of electric shock. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or the authorized after sales service to prevent any risk.

- Never place the product in places where it could easily fall into the sink or bathtub. Never immerse the product in water or other liquids. If the appliance falls into the water, NEVER TRY TO REACH IT! Always store the product away from sources of heat, sunlight, moisture, sharp objects and similar.

- Never use the appliance while bathing or showering. Do not handle the product or the cord with wet hands. Do not place the bag on a damp or hot surface, which may cause damage to the appliance.

- Do not use the product for uses different than those described in this instruction manual and do not use accessories other than those specified in this manual.

• This product is intended for domestic use only.

- The product should not be used in private cooking areas in stores, offices and other places of work, farms, hotel, motel, bed and breakfast and other professional and similar places. The product has not been designed for the use in hospitals.

- Repair of this type of product must always be carried out by highly specialized personnel and the various components must always be original.

- The product should not be applied to particularly sensitive and delicate body areas.

- It is advisable not to apply the product directly to the skin, but to wrap any fabric or garment between the skin and the bag.

- The product shall not be used by people suffering any illness causing low sensibility to heat and/or pain and other vulnerable people.

- Do not wash the hot water bag. If the surface is dirty, clean with a damp cloth.

- Wash the cover in lukewarmwater (MAX 40°C.)

- WARNING: Before proceeding with any cleaning and maintenance operation, make sure that the product has completely cooled down and it is not connected to the mains.

- ATTENTION: After cleaning the surface, make sure that the product is completely dry before connecting to the mains for new use.

- ATTENTION: When finished using the product, wait until it

has completely cooled down, before storing it

• The power cord and charging base might cause strangulation, entrapment, tripping or stepping if not properly set. Make sure to fix them correctly.
• Use the product only with the original charging base supplied with it.
• Frequently check the unit and contact the manufacturer in case of damages.
• Do not use the product if damp or wet.
• The water bottle is not a medical device and is not indicated for any therapeutic treatment. Its use is purely domestic. In the case of rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhea, headache and other muscular or bone disorders or any other type of condition, consult a physician before using it.
• Do not use the device in the event of a fall and have it checked in case of visible damage.
• Do not manipulate or crush the thermal bag, so as to avoid touching the internal heating element which can reach high temperatures.

HOW TO USE

Take out the water bag from the soft cover and place the bag with the plug upwards on a flat and stable surface. Slide the plastic housing cover in the direction of the arrow indicated, then insert the plug into the socket here, see the pictures below. The LED on the connector turns on.

The electric warmer heats up rapidly (10-15 minutes) and safely. At the end of the heating- phase the LED indicator on the power cord turns off.

Then unplug the power cord from the mains and from the product. The hot water bag is ready for use.

The electric warmer maintains a comfortable temperature from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the room temperature. Replace the product on its own pouch before use.

When the bag has cooled down, you can repeat the same procedure to warm it up. When you finished to use the product, wait until is has completely cooled down before storing it.

Place the product in a dry, clean place away from sources of heat and sunlight. Moisture may deteriorate the product.

In case of skin rash, inflammation, wounds, circulatory problems and swelling consult your physician before placing the bag on these areas of the body.

The water bag is not a medical device and is not indicated for any therapeutic treatment. Its use is purely domestic. In the case of rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhea, headache and other muscular or bone disorders or any other type of condition, consult a physician before using it.
