Frequently Asked Questions - 002-368 Meec Tools

How do I change the dust bag?
Open the main compartment lid, remove the full bag by pulling the cardboard tab. Insert a new dust bag (type B-002) until it clicks. Close the lid securely.
What type of filter does the 002-368 use?
It uses a washable HEPA filter (model F-368). Rinse under water every 3 months and let dry completely before reinstalling.
Can I vacuum liquids with this vacuum?
No, this is a dry vacuum cleaner only. Using it on liquids can damage the motor and void the warranty.
How often should I clean or replace the filter?
Clean the HEPA filter every 3 months. Replace it every 12 months or if damaged. The dust bag should be replaced when the indicator turns red.
What is the power consumption of the vacuum?
The rated power is 1200 W at 220-240 V. Actual consumption varies with suction setting.
Where can I buy replacement dust bags and filters?
Replacement parts are available at Meec Tools retailers, online through the official website, or via third-party marketplaces. Search for B-002 dust bags and F-368 HEPA filters.
Is the Meec Tools 002-368 suitable for pet hair?
Yes, the included upholstery brush and strong suction work well on pet hair. However, hair may wrap around the brush; clean it regularly.
How do I unclog the hose?
First, disconnect the hose from the vacuum. Use a long object like a broom handle to dislodge the blockage gently. Avoid sharp tools that may puncture the hose.
Does the vacuum have an automatic cord rewind?
Yes, press the cord rewind button located on the top of the unit. Hold the plug while retracting to avoid whip.
How should I store the vacuum cleaner?
Wind the cord loosely around the hooks, attach the hose to the rear clip, and stand the unit upright in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
