How do I measure DC voltage with the VMA328?

Turn the dial to the DC voltage setting (V with straight line). Select the appropriate range or use autorange. Connect the red probe to the positive terminal and black probe to negative. Read the value on the LCD.

Why does the multimeter display '1'?

A '1' on the display indicates overload or the measured value exceeds the selected range. Switch to a higher range to get a correct reading.

How do I replace the battery?

Turn off the multimeter and remove the test leads. Open the battery compartment at the back, replace the 9V battery with a new one, and close the compartment securely.

4. What is Arduino ®

Extend your light-sensing spectrum with this analogue UV sensor module. It uses a UV photodiode, which can detect the 240-370 nm range of light (which covers UVB and most of UVA spectrum). The signal level from the photodiode is very small, in the nano-ampere level, so we tossed on an opamp to amplify the signal to a more manageable volt-level.
