Can I control the SHOME-110 with voice assistants?

Yes, the SHOME-110 is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. After setup in the Steren Home app, enable the skill in your voice assistant app and discover devices.

What if the bulb does not connect to WiFi?

Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz). Reset the bulb by turning it off and on three times quickly. Also check that the app is up to date. If issues persist, contact support.

How do I reset the SHOME-110 to factory settings?

Turn the wall switch off for 5 seconds, then on for 5 seconds, then off again for 5 seconds. Finally turn it on; the bulb should flash to indicate reset. Alternatively, use the app's reset option.

Can I use the SHOME-110 outdoors?

The bulb is designed for indoor use only. It is not waterproof or weatherproof. Do not expose to rain or moisture.

Does the bulb work with a dimmer switch?

For best results, the bulb should be controlled via the app or voice; it may not work properly with traditional wall dimmers. Use the app to dim from 1% to 100%.

How do I change the color or white temperature?

In the Steren Home app, tap the bulb icon. Use the color wheel to select any color, or slide the white temperature bar from warm (2700K) to cool (6500K). You can also save scenes.

Can I schedule the light to turn on/off?

Yes, use the Schedule feature in the app. Tap the clock icon, set the time, days, and action (on/off). You can also create sunrise or sunset routines.

What is the power consumption of the SHOME-110?

The bulb consumes 9 watts at full brightness, equivalent to a 60W incandescent. This helps save energy while providing 800 lumens of light.

Is the SHOME-110 compatible with Apple HomeKit?

No, the SHOME-110 is not natively compatible with HomeKit. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant. You may need a third-party bridge for HomeKit integration.

INSTALLATION

Before carrying out the installation, disconnect the electric power.

Connect the cables as shown in the diagram.

After the installation, restore the electrical power and touch the boxes of each switch to verify that they turn on the connected bulbs. This switch has touch technology.

The switches on the board will remain lit in blue when the damper is at rest; When the connected bulbs are on, the switches will light red.

INSTALLATION AND REGISTRATION OF THE APP

Enter the application store of your smartphone, to download and install the Steren Home app.

The instructions and operation may vary if there are updates in the application.

To carry out this instruction we used a device with Android 8.0.0 operating system and the Steren Home version 1.0.1 application.

1 Open the application and select Crear cuenta nueva.

2 To register your account, select the country and enter your phone number or your email address. When finished, touch the option Obtenga el código de verificación.

3 Enter the code, and create a password. Press Finalizado to complete the process.

1 After creating your account, select Crear hogar. Assign a name to the home and select or create your areas. When finished press Finalizado.

2 Select the + icon (on the upper right) to add a team. After, the Ingeniería eléctrica classification and finally Horas.

3 Touch both switches with your fingers at the same time, and keep them there until the top switch LED starts flashing green.

5 Enter the password of the network on which the device will connect, and press Confirmar.

6 Wait until the connection is made, and then assign a name and area for the damper. Click on Finalizado to complete the process.

Press Add Timing to add an automatic on / off time.

Set the time and status of the damper (On / Off), and select Guardar.

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS

1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
