USER MANUAL CAEN-4X1 Crestron
The Creation® CAEN Series of Automation work areas are designed to house Canadian lighting shades control devices. CAEN enclosures are available in an assortment of shades, suitable for surface or fluid-warm installation. Fact model has been designed to provide a clean and manageable installation with abundant provisions for who termination and electrical shockouts.

Dimensions
The overall dimensions for the CAEN enclosures are shown in the following illustration and tabis.
NOTE: The HACC occupies two module spaces in a double-wide enclosure and one module space in a single-wide.
NOTE: Four keyholes are located within the enclosure and should be used for surface mounting.

Installation
A licensed electron must mount the enclosure in accordance with all rational and basic codes. Refer to the table for the weight of a fully loaded enclosure.
When choosing components to place at the website, refer to the below to ensure that the maximum weight capacity is not exceeded. Each component's product page on the Chevron website lists the component's weight.
Use the screw holes shown in the "Mounting Details" diagrams to mount the CLT series terminal blocks. Install shade control devices and accessories according to their installation guide.
CAUTION: These endor real future equipment, this area to be air-coated. Therefore, mount in a well-ventilated area. The ambient temperature range should be 32°F to 104°F (8°C to 40°C). The relative humidity should range from 10% to 90% (non-condensing). Furthermore, show adequate clearance in front of the vented cover for servicing and ventilation.
NOTE: Unless otherwise indicated, the system sanctioned in this guide is modular, requiring assembly in the field by a licensed electrician. In accordance with all national and local codes.
If a U. Listed panel is required, Crestron offers this service through its U. Listed panel shop. This includes complete in factory system configuration and assembly by Crestron for an additional item.
NOTE: Install components into the lowest available spaces and continue toward the top of the enclosure.

Wiring
Class 1 and Class 2 field where must be kept separate. Refer to the following illustrations showing single-wice and double-wice wiring details. Areas for high voltage (Class 1) wiring are shown along the top and side of the unit. The lower area is reserved for low-voltage (Class 2) wiring.
CAUTION: All power leads must be protected by 15- or 20-amp circuit breakers (not included).
NOTE: Low copper concentrations only - rated 60°C
NOTE: install slowing in accordance with all local and national electrical books.
NOTE: Two soap maccings are supplied. It required, meet the bushings to the
knockouts at the bottom of the enclosure to prevent damage to low voltage wiring.
