2. Package content:

3. Applying thermal grease:

3.1 Clean the processor IHS surface and the radiator base with a dry cloth or Isopropyl Alcohol.
3.2 Spread a thin layer of thermal grease over the processor IHS with a spatula added to the set. Alternatively, you can apply a 3 × 3 mm drop of the grease in the middle

of the IHS.

3.3 Assemble the cooling system of the processor. The best method is to screw in the opposite corners of the frame. It allows even spreading of the grease.

3.4 After mounting the cooling system, check if there are no leakages. If leakages appear, it means that there is too much grease applied. You have to clean the excess with a dry cloth or Isopropyl Alcohol.

4. Additional information:

While storing, the grease can discharge trace amounts of silicone oil. That is normal and does not have any detrimental effect on grease efficiency. The paste should be re-mixed during the application.

5. Safety conditions:

- Keep out of reach of children.

- It is forbidden to consume the product.

- In case of contact with the eye, you need to wash your eyes with a substantial amount of water.

- In case of inhaling fumes from the grease, it is necessary to go outside to breathe fresh air for a while.

  • In case of ingestion it is not necessary to induce vomiting. Rinse your mouth with plenty of water.
