CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
- Read and follow strictly the instructions contained in this manual.
- Keep this manual for future reference and include it if you give the product to another user.
- When you open the package check that product is intact and that all the accessories are included.
- This device works with dangerous 115-230V mains power. Do not open, do not disassemble and don't try to operate inside it. In case of wrong use an electric shock may occur.
- The product is conceived for professional use. Its installation must be carried out exclusively by specialized technicians, skilled in electric and audio systems. In case of wrong installation or connections, the manufacturer doesn't take any responsibility for damages to people or objects.
• Make sure that your power outlet voltage matches with the voltage set on the product. A wrong voltage would seriously damage the fixture.
• To avoid the risk of dangerous electric shocks, before turning on the product always check that it is connected to ground. - Before making any connection with other devices, check that all the fixtures are disconnected from the power source and that all the volumes are set on minimum.
- The product is not suitable for outdoor use. To avoid the risk of shortcircuits don't expose it to high temperatures (above 40°), rain or humidity.
• Do not allow flammable liquid, water or metal objects to enter the product.
• Don't touch the product with wet hands. - Do not place any recipients filled with liquids, such as vases, on top of or directly next to the appliance.
• Install the product in a stable and ventilated position, far from heat sources and don't obstruct the air vents.
• Use the fixture and its controls with due accuracy, avoiding falls, vibrations or impacts. - If the product doesn't turn on, check the fuse and if necessary replace it with one of the same type and rating, after disconnecting the fixture from power.
- In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using the product immediately. Never try to repair it by yourself, but contact the authorized technical service center. Repairs carried out by unskilled persons could lead to serious damages both to the fixture and to people.
• Do not turn the product on and off at short intervals, it may reduce the life of the device. - Disconnect the unit from power when it is not used.
- Never disconnect the product from the power source by pulling on the cord. Do not cut, kink, otherwise damage nor modify the power supply cord and periodically check that it is in good condition.
• Wait for the product to cool before cleaning or maintenance.
• To clean the product, use only a damp cloth, avoiding solvents or detergents of any kind.
• If the product is used in the presence of children they must be supervised.
• To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The product is covered by warranty according to current national and European regulations.

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurred in the first 2 years from the date of purchase. In case of purchase with invoice, the warranty is limited to 1 year.
• Damages caused by negligence or wrong use of the device are not covered by warranty.
• The warranty is no longer effective if the item is modified or disassembled by not authorized people. - This warranty doesn't necessarily envisage the product's replacement.
- External components, batteries, knobs, switches and any removable or subject to wear and tear parts are excluded from warranty.
- Shipment for the return of faulty items is at expense and risk of the owner.
- For all intents and porpuses the warranty is effective only upon exhibition of the invoice or of the purchase receipt.
- If you send the product for repair, it must be shipped with complete original packaging: we therefore recommend to save it.

- Before making any connection, be sure that the speaker is switched off with the POWER button (10) in OFF position and that the power cord (11) is not plugged into the mains socket. All operations should be carried out without power.
- Place your speaker in a suitable place, keeping it away from moisture and direct sun rays. Use the side handle to carry the fixture.
- If your model have, pls check that the voltage selector (9) is correct position. A wrong voltage could seriously damage the fixture and cause dangerous short-circuits.
- You can plug a microphone with XLR connector into the MIC socket (14). If you have a microphone with 6,3 mono jack connector, you can use the socket (15).
• The input signal, coming from a mixer, a CD player or another "line" device, can be
connected to the RCA (16) or XLR (17) "line input" sockets.
- A further output for another speaker or amplifier is available as an audio line signal, on the 6.3mm mono jack "line output" socket (20) or on the XLR socket. These sockets are available only on some models.
- If you wish to place your speaker on a tripod stand, please use the mounting hole on the bottom. It has a standard 35 mm diameter.
- Once made the connections, please put all the amplifier volumes at their minimum position (completely turned anti-clockwise). Connect the power cord to the socket (11) and then to the mains (230V)
- Turn on the amplifier through the POWER button (10). The power led (8) will light up to indicate that the speaker is on.
If the button (10) is in ON position, the led (8) remains off and the speaker doesn't work, before contacting the technical service, disconnect the power cord and check if the protection fuse of the power socket (12) is ok. If necessary replace it with one of the same amperage.
During use the cooling wings could get very hot. Don't touch them to avoid the risk of burning yourself.
- Turn on the fixture providing the audio signal. The signal will be amplified. The volume of each amplified signal can be adjusted through the specific control: for
the microphone use the rotating knob (3), for the line signal use the rotating knob (4). The rotating knob Master (19) controls the general level of the output signal.
- The CLIP or LIMIT (7) led can flash to indicate signal peaks. If it remains on for more than 2 or 3 seconds, you must immediately turn down the volumes of input signals to avoid to damage the fixture.
- The BASS (6) and TREBLE (5) controls allow to adjust the bass and treble tones of the whole mixing
MP3 PLAYER
Your new speaker is provided with USB stick and SD card reader to play MP3 files. It is enough to plug your mobile device into the specific socket (13) and use the keys (2) to play, pause or change track. The display (1) shows main information of the track that is being reproduced. Some models have an independent control (23) for the volume of the MP3 module.
BLUETOOTH FUNCTION
Press the mode key and select the bluetooth function. Search for the speaker on your smartphone or tablet in the bluetooth menu and select it. Once paired, the speaker will play music controlled from your smartphone.
In bluetooth mode, the buttons (2) allow to start or stop reproduction and change track.
REC FUNCTION
(BK 12A & BK 15A only)
The particular multimedia module allows to record the whole mixing on a USB/SD device. Press the REC button to start recording. Press REC again to stop recording.
WARNING: The memory device (PENDRIVE or SD) where you want to record, is to be formatted in FAT 32 format and must contain at least one audio file to be correctly detected by the MP3 module.
If the memory device is completely empty, it won't be read by the module and so it will not be possible to record on it.
INFRARED REMOTE CONTROL
The included remote control (22) allows to manage from a distance the main functions of the multimedia module. On models BK 12A and BK 15A thr volume can be adjusted not olny from the remote control's keys VOL+/VOL- also through the rotating knob (23)
