Can the X180 earbuds be paired with multiple devices?
No, they can only be paired with one device at a time.
Why can't I find 'X180' in my Bluetooth list?
Ensure the earbuds are not already paired with another device. If they are, go to that device's Bluetooth settings, select 'X180' and choose 'Forget This Device', or turn off Bluetooth on that device. Then close and reopen the charging case to make the earbuds discoverable. Also, the earbuds must be paired within 3 minutes after powering on, or they will power off automatically.
What should I do if there is no sound from one earbud?
First, turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on and re-pair the earbuds. If the issue persists, tap and hold the Touchpad on the right earbud to increase the volume, as the earbud may be muted.
How do I charge the earbuds?
Place the earbuds into the charging case, aligning the charging pins. They will magnetically snap into place and start charging automatically. The earbuds' LED indicators pulse blue slowly while charging and turn off when fully charged.
How do I clean the charging pins?
Use a dry cotton swab to gently clean the charging pins on both the earbuds and the charging case. Ensure no debris obstructs the connection.
What is the Bluetooth range of the X180?
The effective Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters (33 feet) in open space.
How do I activate the voice assistant?
Triple-tap the Touchpad on the left earbud quickly to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
How long does the battery last?
The earbuds provide approximately 5 hours of playtime at 80% volume. The charging case can recharge the earbuds fully several times (case battery capacity 500mAh). Charging time for earbuds or case is about 1-1.5 hours.
What should I do if one earbud is not powering on?
First, ensure the earbud has enough charge by placing it in the charging case for at least 1 hour. If it still doesn't power on, check if the charging pins on the earbud and case are dirty. Clean them with a dry cotton swab and try again. If the problem persists, contact VANKYO support.
