Using a humidifier helps you to keep indoor humidity at a comfortable level, a humidity level between 40 and 60% is recommended. A humidity level below 30% can be dry and uncomfortable. A correct humidity level helps to protect from irritation of the mucous membranes, dry and itchy skin, chapped lips and a dry, sore throat. When the mucous membranes do not function optimally, they cannot give full protection from all kinds of germs. This increases the chance of catching a cold or the flu and reduces the resistance to infection by mould and bacteria. Before use, read carefully this instruction manual and keep it as reference for future use. This product is not a medical device.
