How do I assemble the Dyson Lightcycle Morph desk lamp?

Place the base vertically in the slot of the box. Insert the main body into the hole on top of the base. Tighten the locking nut clockwise from underneath. Route the power cable through the cable guide, plug in, and switch on. Then download the Dyson Link app to add your light.

How do I adjust the color temperature and brightness?

Use the swipe controls on the lamp. Swipe left or right to change color temperature from warm to cool. Swipe up or down to adjust brightness. Tap the respective buttons to quickly switch between preset levels.

What is the auto mode feature?

In AUTO mode, the light adjusts brightness based on ambient light conditions. When connected via Bluetooth to the Dyson Link app, it also changes color temperature throughout the day to match your location's natural light cycle.

How do I disable or enable Bluetooth on the lamp?

Press and hold the middle button until the LED lights on the three buttons blink. The main light turns off and on to confirm Bluetooth is disabled. Repeat the process to re-enable Bluetooth; the main light will blink twice.

Can I charge my phone using the lamp?

Yes, the lamp has a USB-C charging point on the base that provides up to 1.5A at 5V, suitable for charging smartphones and other small devices.

Does the lamp turn off automatically?

Yes, if no movement is detected for 5 minutes, the light will automatically turn off. This can be configured in the Dyson Link app.

What is the warranty coverage?

Assembling your light

We've engineered the box to help you assemble your light.

Lift the base and place vertically in the slot in the box.

Insert the main body into the hole in the top of the base, making sure it's level.

Insert the locking nut into the bottom of the base. Turn it clockwise until tight.

Insert the power cable into the base, making sure it sits in the cable guide.

Remove any protective wrapping from your light.

Plug in and switch on.

Download the Dyson link app and add your light.

You can easily change the position of your light by independently rotating the optical head, arm and stem up to 360^ .

AUTO

The light will adjust to background light conditions and keep the workspace at a constant brightness.

Automatically changes the brightness and color, according to your geographical location, throughout the day when connected by Bluetooth® wireless technology to the Dyson Link app.

The light will turn off after five minutes if no movement is detected.

Disabling/Enabling Bluetooth® wireless technology

Your light has Bluetooth® wireless technology enabled by default.

Press and hold the middle button until the LED lights on the three buttons blink. The main light source will turn off and then on again to show that Bluetooth has been disabled.

To re-enable Bluetooth, repeat the instructions above. The main light will blink twice to show that Bluetooth has been re-enabled.
