Frequently Asked Questions - LHDSW19 Logik

What is the Logik LHDSW19 HDMI switch used for?
The Logik LHDSW19 is an HDMI switch that allows you to connect up to 3 HDMI sources (like a game console, Blu-ray player, or streaming device) to a single HDMI input on your TV or monitor.
Does the LHDSW19 support 4K resolution?
No, the LHDSW19 supports a maximum resolution of 1080p (Full HD). It is not compatible with 4K or HDR signals.
How is the LHDSW19 powered?
The switch is powered via a USB 5V DC connection. A USB cable is included, which can be plugged into a USB port on your TV or a standard USB power adapter.
Can I switch between inputs without a remote?
Yes, you can switch inputs manually using the push button on the device. Alternatively, an IR remote may be used if purchased separately.
Will the LHDSW19 work with my game console?
Yes, as long as your game console outputs 1080p or lower resolution via HDMI. It is compatible with devices like PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii U, but not with newer consoles requiring 4K.
Does the switch support Dolby Digital or DTS audio?
Yes, the LHDSW19 supports stereo, Dolby Digital, and DTS audio formats, provided your source device outputs them.
What is HDCP and does the LHDSW19 support it?

Yes, the switch has an LED indicator for each input port that lights up when that input is selected, making it easy to see which source is active.
Can I use a USB hub to power multiple switches?
It is not recommended to use a USB hub for power as it may not provide sufficient current. Use a dedicated USB port or a power adapter with at least 500mA output.
What should I do if the switch is not working?
First, ensure all HDMI cables are securely connected. Try a different HDMI cable. Check that the power source is working (USB port or adapter). If the LED is off, the switch may not be receiving power. If issues persist, consult the user manual for troubleshooting.
