How do I pair my Valore BTi40 headphones with a device?

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select 'BTi40' from the list. If prompted, enter '0000' as the PIN.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?

The battery lasts up to 15 hours of playback. Charge for about 2 hours using the included micro USB cable. The LED turns solid red during charging and turns off when fully charged.

Can I use the headphones while charging?

Yes, you can continue to use the headphones while they are charging, but it may extend the charging time.

What to do if the headphones won't connect or keep disconnecting?

Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing). Try resetting by turning off and on again, or forget the device on your phone and re-pair. Also check that the headphones are within 10 meters of the device.

How to adjust the volume or skip tracks?

Use the on-ear buttons: press '+' to increase volume, '-' to decrease. Long press '+' or '-' to skip to the next or previous track.

Can I use the headphones for calls?

Yes, the built-in microphone allows you to answer calls. Press the power button to answer or end a call. The microphone is located near the ear cup.

How to clean the headphones?

Wipe the ear cups and headband with a dry, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid getting moisture into the openings.

Are the ear cushions replaceable?

Yes, you can replace the ear cushions. Contact Valore support to purchase spare cushions. Gently pull off the old cushions and snap the new ones onto the ear cups.

What does the LED indicator mean?

Solid red: charging. Off: fully charged. Flashing red and blue: pairing mode. Slow blue flash: connected but idle. Red flash: low battery.

UNDERSTANDING THE PRODUCT

Charging contact

START USING THE WIRELESS EARBUDS

1) Charging

a) The earbus will power off automatically after it is placed into the charging case. The red indicator is permanently on during charging and the blue indicator will light up and switch off after charging is finished.
b) The number of blue indicators represents the battery capacity of the charging case.

Connect the charging case with a micro USB cable, the indicator flickers blue. If the third indicator flickers, the battery capacity is lower than 25%. If the second indicator flickers, the battery capacity is lower than 50%. If the first indicator flickers, the battery capacity is lower than 75%. And if the fourth indicator flickers, the battery capacity is lower 100%. When the fourth indicator is permanently on with blue light, it is fully charged.

c) The charging case is on with blue light when the earbuds is charging. The indicator is off after charging is finished.

2) Pairing both wireless earbuds (switched off)

Earbuds will connect to each other automatically. The master earbud's indicator will flicker red and blue.

Step 1: Activate Bluetooth function on your mobile device to begin pairing with earbuds.

Step 2: Remove earbuds from charging dock and wait for "left/right channel" voice prompt.

Step 3: Connect to the earbuds by selecting 'Valore BTi40 under the device list.

Step 4: Once connected, there will be a pairing voice prompt.

Power on

1. After taking it out from the charging chamber, the headset will power on automatically;
2. Long press the touch keys of the two earpieces for about 3 seconds, the LED will give out blue light and they power on simultaneously

Power off

1. After placing it into the charging chamber, the headset will power off automatically;
2. Long press the touch keys of the two earpieces for about 5 seconds, the LED will give out red light and they power off;
3. If the left and right earpieces are used in pair, one will be powered off automatically after shutting down the other

If the pairing is not successful, please turn off wireless earbuds first, and then re-pair again. After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other. Unless pairing information is deleted because of new pairing, no need to pair when using the next time.

If you want to pair the wireless earbuds with other devices, please turn off Bluetooth function of existing source device, and pair the wireless earbuds with the new device according to steps 1-4 mentioned above.

3) Controls (Making phone calls)

Users can make phone calls after the earbuds is powered on and connected with a mobile device successfully.

In case of an incoming call, the earbuds will remind the user of the incoming phone number once via voice. Click any touch key to answer the phone call and reject it by double clicking the touch key.

During a phone call, click touch key to hang up.

During a phone call, double click touch key to switch to another answering device.

4) Controls (Music listening)

After powering on and connecting the earbuds with a mobile device, the music player can be operated.

While music is playing, click touch ket to pause. Click again to play.

Next track: Long press the right touch key

Previous track: Long press the left touch key

Volume up: Double click the right earbud

Volume down: Double click the left earbud

5) Start voice assistant

In pairing mode, click any touch key to start voice assistant.
