How do I pair the Valore BTi33 earpiece with my phone for the first time?

Ensure the earpiece is switched off. Activate Bluetooth on your phone. Long press the multi-function button until the LED flashes blue and red. Select 'Valore BTi33' from your device list. Once connected, the LED turns solid blue.

How do I charge the earpiece?

Use the provided Micro USB cable to connect the earpiece to a DC5V power source. The LED indicator will show charging status. For first use, charge for at least 8 hours. Regular charging takes about 2 hours.

How long does the battery last?

The earpiece provides up to 4 hours of playback and up to 110 hours of standby time on a full charge.

Can I connect the earpiece to two phones at once?

Yes, the Valore BTi33 supports multipoint connection. You can pair and connect up to two mobile phones simultaneously.

How do I adjust volume or skip tracks?

Short press the + button to increase volume, - button to decrease volume. Long press + to go to the next track, long press - to go to the previous track.

How do I answer, end, or reject a call?

Short press the multi-function button (M) to answer or hang up. Long press (M) to reject an incoming call. During a call, short press (M) to end the call.

What does the LED indicator mean?

When pairing, the LED flashes blue and red. Once connected, it becomes solid blue. A red light may indicate low battery or charging.

The earpiece won't turn on. What should I do?

First, ensure the battery is charged (charge for at least 2 hours). If still not turning on, press and hold the multi-function button for a few seconds until the LED lights up. If problem persists, contact support.

The earpiece is not charging. What should I check?

Make sure the Micro USB cable is fully inserted into the charging port. Try a different USB power source. If the LED does not light, the cable or port may be damaged.

How do I reset the earpiece?

To reset, charge the earpiece and then turn it off and on again. If still not working, delete the pairing from your phone and re-pair. For persistent issues, contact [e-mail].

START USING THE WIRELESS EARPIECE

1) Charging the wireless earpiece

Connect the USB charging cable provided to the Micro USB charging port located at the top of the earpiece.

Note: Please charge the earpiece for at least 8 hours before first use. Please make sure that the earpiece is switched off when charging is in progress.

2) Pairing the wireless earpiece (switched off)

Single:

Step 1: Activate Bluetooth function on your mobile device to begin pairing with earpiece.

Step 2: Switch on the earpiece by long pressing the multi-function button till the LED indicator flashes blue and red.

Step 3: Connect to the earpiece by selecting 'Valore BTi33' under the device list.

Step 4: Once connected, the LED light at the will be solid blue.

If the pairing is not successful, please turn off wireless earpiece first, and then re-pair again. After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other. Unless pairing information is deleted because of new pairing, no need to pair when using the next time.

If you want to pair the wireless earpiece with other devices, please turn off Bluetooth function of existing source device, and pair the wireless earpiece with the new device according to steps 1-4 mentioned above.

3) Wireless earpiece controls

Multi-function button: Short press to play/pause music, answer and hang up call. Long press to reject call. During call, if a new call comes in, press (M) to end the current call and answer the new call. Hold down (M) for about 1 second to keep the current call. During call, double click (M) to switch the call line to your mobile phone. Repeat the step to switch back to the bluetooth earpiece.

Previous/Volume - : Long press to go to previous song. Short press to reduce volume.

Next/Volume + : Long press to go to next song. Short press to increase volume.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue 1: Earpiece is unable to switch on

Cause 1: Earpiece battery is flat

Solution: Fully charge the earpiece (2 hours) and retry connection with your mobile device.

Cause 2: Time of holding down multi-function button is too short.

Solution: Press and hold the multi-function button until the LED indicator is lit.

Issue 2: Unable to charge the earpiece

Cause 1: The charging cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Reconnect the charging cable to the charging port fully.

Issue 3: Unable to switch off earpiece

Cause 1: The earpiece program has an error due to an incorrect operation.

Solution: Charge and reset the earpiece.

Issue 4: The earpiece cannot be searched or paired.

Cause 1: The earpiece has not enter pairing state.

Solution: Press and hold the multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, then the earpiece has entered pairing mode.
