How to clean the hand blender?

Detach the shaft and whisk attachment. Rinse under running water or place in dishwasher. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.

Can I blend hot liquids?

Yes, the hand blender can blend hot soups and sauces. Ensure the beaker is heat-resistant and allow steam to escape. Avoid overfilling to prevent splashes.

What is the maximum blending time?

Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to cool down for 2 minutes between uses to prevent overheating.

Can I use it for chopping nuts?

Yes, but only soft nuts like walnuts. For hard nuts, we recommend a dedicated chopper. Use short pulses to avoid overloading.

How to avoid splashing?

Start blending at low speed, then increase gradually. Keep the shaft fully submerged and tilt the beaker slightly. Use the turbo function briefly.

How to attach the whisk?

Insert the whisk attachment into the motor unit until it clicks. Ensure it is locked properly before use. Detach by pressing the release button.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The beaker, whisk, and detachable shaft are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack. The motor unit is not dishwasher safe.

What to do if it stops working?

Check the power connection. If the overheat protection activated, let it cool for 10 minutes. If the problem persists, contact Zephir support.

Can I blend ice?

No, the hand blender is not designed for crushing ice. Ice can damage the blades and motor. Use a blender with ice-crushing capability.

How to store the hand blender?

Store in a dry place. Hang it using the wall mount if available. Keep the shaft attached or store separately to avoid bending.

BEFORE FIRST USE

• All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time. (see section: Cleaning).
  • Take out the required length of cable from the base and connect the device to the mains supply.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS

1. First mix up the food as what the manufacturer indicates, then small knob (5) in anti-clockwise direction to open the hosing cover.
2. Assemble the agitator bowl (4)(filled with foods in the blade connector, then twist it on in clockwise direction.
3. Insert the dough blade (11) or the eggs whisk (13) or the mixing blade (12) in the blade connector (2) then twist it on in clockwise direction.

4. Press the housing cover (1) down by turning the small knob (5) in anti-clockwise direction.

APPLICATION

To mix or knead dough:

1. Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 5 : 3.
2. First speed 1 for mix 10 seconds, then speed 2 for mix 10 seconds, afterwards speed 3 for about 3 minutes.
3. When filling the agitator bowl, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
4. Maximum quantity of flour is 1500g.
5. The dough blade or mixing beater should be used.

Whipping egg whites or cream:

1. Switch on speed 4 to speed 6, whip the egg whites without stopping for about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs, until stiff.
2. Maximum quantity 24 eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
4. When filling the mixer bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. The egg beater should be used.

Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:

1. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the agitator kettle.
3. The mixing beater should be used.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.

1. Before cleaning, please ensure that the Switch knob is at the "0" position and that the plug has been disconnected from the socket.
2. After use, allow the device to cool down before you start to clean it.
3. To clean the exterior of the device, use a moist cloth and a mild detergent.
4. When cleaning the interior and exterior and protective dust cover (11) do not use any abrasive detergents or alcohol.
5. To clean the device, never submerge it in water.
6. The egg whisk are dishwasher safe, but dough blade and mixing beater are not dishwasher safe. The accessories can also be cleaned in warm water and washing-up liquid.
7. The agitator bowl is dishwasher safe. The bowl can also be cleaned with warm water and washing-up liquid. Do not use any abrasive detergents.
