The HEPA filter is washable. Remove the filter cover, take out the filter, and rinse under cold water. Allow it to dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use detergents or a washing machine.

What should I do if the suction power decreases?

Check for blockages in the hose, tube, or nozzle. Empty and clean the dust container. Also, clean or replace the HEPA filter if it is clogged. Ensure the variable speed control is set to maximum.

Can I use this vacuum for pet hair?

Yes, the motorized floor nozzle is effective on carpets and hard floors for pet hair. For upholstery, use the upholstery brush attachment. Regular filter cleaning is recommended when picking up pet hair.

How do I empty the dust container?

Press the release button to remove the dust container. Hold it over a trash bin and press the bottom release latch to empty. Clean the container with a damp cloth if needed. Ensure it is dry before reinserting.

What is the cord length and can I use an extension cord?

The power cord is 8 meters long. It is not recommended to use an extension cord as it may cause overheating. If necessary, use a heavy-duty extension cord rated for 1200W minimum.

How do I clean the brush roll?

Remove the floor nozzle, then use a coin to unlock the brush roll cover. Remove tangled hair or fibers with scissors. Replace the brush roll and lock the cover.

The vacuum turns off during use. Why?

This is likely due to overheating. The vacuum has a thermal cut-off. Turn it off and unplug. Check for blockages and clean the filter. Let it cool for 30 minutes before restarting.

What attachments are included?

The package includes a crevice tool for tight spaces, an upholstery brush for furniture, and a dusting brush for delicate surfaces. They store on the vacuum body.

• Take extra care when positioning and using the vacuum cleaner on the stairs.
• Use only CE marked 13 amp extension cords, non-approved extension cords may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the extension cord as it can be a trip hazard.
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry area. If filters have been cleaned as per user guide instructions ensure they are thoroughly dry before storing away.

Pull out the power cord to connect the power supply: When you see the red mark on the power cord, do not pull the power cord outward.

Press the ON/OFF button: Control the start and stop of the vacuum cleaner.

Press the take up button: The power cord is automatically rolled back into the machine.

Dust tank maintenance

Open the dust tank: Gently lift the dust tank open button, and then lift up to open the dust tank cover.

Remove the filter cotton for cleaning: Open the dust tank, remove the filter cotton and clean it.

How to remove and empty the dust tank

1. Gently lift the handle of the dust tank
2. Push the release button and carefully empty the tank over the bin. Keep it close to the bin to prevent overspill.
3. Clean the filter cotton periodically to maintain best performance.
4. Open the dust tank at the top. Remove and wash the filter cotton.
5. Ensure it is COMPLETELY dry before refitting.
