How to clean the filter?

Open the filter cover at the lower right front. Place a cloth or tray underneath. Turn the pump filter counterclockwise and pull it out. Clean it under running water. Remove any debris from the housing. Reinsert and lock by turning clockwise. Close the cover.

Why is my washing machine not spinning?

Check if the load is unbalanced – redistribute larger items. Ensure the drain filter is not clogged. The drain hose may be kinked. Also verify that the child lock is activated – deactivate it if needed. The machine may also have a pause function; press start again.
