1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the mains voltage is compatible with the appliance voltage. If this is not the case consult the vendor or Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not roll up or pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, and do not use it to twine the appliance. Keep the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket, or if it is not working properly.
If the power cord is damaged, do not use your appliance. Take it to technical assistance for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. TO AVOID FIRE HAZARD OR ELECTRIC SHOCK DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR APPLIANCE TO HUMIDITY OR WATER. Do not place your appliance under water (for example to wash it).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains power supply.
Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
Clean the motor unit enclosure only with a damp cloth.
Never immerse the motor unit in water for cleaning purposes.
1.5. General Precautions
- Please follow the instructions of the user manual, which helps properly installing and operating this product and enjoying its advanced features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.
- Read all instructions before using the product.
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds with the rating of the appliance before operating.
- Please do not use the cleaner outside or on wet surfaces in order to reduce electric shock danger.
- Please shut the power off in case of maintenance, replacement or when cleaning ground brush parts, otherwise electric shock will occur or the ground brush will suddenly move.
- When shutting the power off, please do not drag the power cord and directly hold the attaching plug and pull it out (not the power cord).
- Hold the attaching plug with your hands when taking back the power cord and do not make it suddenly move as it can cause injuries to people.
- Please do not use this appliance if the power cord is damaged or if the plug
breaks. If the cleaner does not work out, if it has fallen down, if it is damaged, placed outside or dropped into the water, please send it to the special maintenance center. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced only by the factory, maintenance center or similarly qualified persons
- Please do not use the power cord as a handle to pull or carry the cleaner. In the case of closing the door, do not nip the power cord or do not let it pull and haul in sharp edges or in a corner and do not make the appliance pin the power cord down. Always keep the power cord away from any heat source.
- Users should not leave if the cleaner is electrified. Please turn off the power switch and pull out the plug when it is not in the use or before maintenance.
- Please do not use the cleaner as a toy. Please pay special attention if the cleaner is close to children when using it.
- Do not pull out the plug or use the cleaner with wet hands.
- Do not make any objects block the opening mouth.

Please do not use it if the opening port is blocked. In this case, please clear the dust, cloth strips, hair and any objects that decrease the air flow.

Do not let hair, clothes, fingers and body close to the opening mouth and moving parts of the cleaner.
- Please do not use the cleaner without the dust barrel.
- Please dump dust in the dust barrel after using the cleaner to absorb the carpet powder and tiny dust, otherwise these objects will block the paper bag, decrease the air flow and cause paper bag cracking and will lead to permanent damage to the appliance.
- Please do not use the cleaner to absorb any burning or smoky objects, such as hot ashes, butts and matches, etc.
- Please do not use the cleaner to absorb combustible or flammable liquid (cleaning solution, gasoline and perfume, etc.) or use it in areas with these liquids. The smoke produced by these objects may cause fire or explosion.
- Please take particular care in the case of cleaning stairs. Place the cleaner on the ground not on a chair, not on a desk, etc.
- Before the first use, make sure the dust bag is properly fitted.
- Do not use the machine without fitting a motor protection filter.

- Please change the dust bag immediately when full.
- Do not store or use the machine close to heat sources.
- Do not let children use the machine in case of accident.
- Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces. Do not pick up hot coals, cigarette butts, matches or any hot, smoking or burning objects.
- If abnormal noise, smell, smoke or any other failure or breakage is found during operation, you should turn off the switch and unplug it. Then contact your service center for repair. Do not repair yourself.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid accidents.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
2. USE AND OPERATION
2.1. Product Description
The KVC1119 vacuum cleaner is streamlined and compact. It can produce centralized suction with less noise, and you can adjust the operating speed. It indicates when the dust bag is full, automatically rewinds the cord and has a 360° rotating multi-level filter exchange. It is convenient and flexible in cleaning dust, reliable, and is the ideal household cleaning tool.

2.2. Operation Instructions
- Connect the hose accessories: insert the hose end into the hose socket at the front of the base and then it. (Fig. 1) Remove the hose accessories: press the adaptors at both sides of the hose end and then pull out the hose accessories. (Fig. 2)
- Connect the plastic tube to the curved end of the hose. (Fig. 3)
- Connect different nozzle tools to the tube for different cleaning purposes: the floor brush (adjusted to the type of surface) is for carpet or floor (Fig. 4);
- Turn on the machine: insert the plug into the power socket which conforms to that on the label for power supply, and press the on/off switch pedal. The machine is now ready to use (Fig. 5, Fig. 6).
- Cord rewinding: hold the plug and pull out the cord; press the cord rewinding pedal and the power cord will be drawn in.(Fig. 7).

2.3. Maintenance
- Changing the dust bag: when the dust level indicator is red, it is time to empty the dust or replace with a new bag. (Fig. 1) Open the front cover by pressing the clip. (Fig. 2)
Take out the bag holder, then remove the full dust bag. (Fig. 3) Turn the bag holder around and then take out the full dust bag. (Fig. 3)
- Changing the outlet filter: pull down the clip and remove the outlet cover by hand to change the filter. (Fig. 4, Fig. 5)
- The motor protection filter should be removed and rinsed once a year, and can be used again once dry. If the filter is damaged, a new filter should be fitted. (Fig. 6)

2.4. Troubleshooting
Failure to clean/Blockage?
Reduced vacuum cleaner power.
- If the dust bag is full, please empty before reusing.
- If a blockage is found in the brush, hose or tubes, the machine must only be switched on again after the blockage is cleared.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
KUNFT has designed this appliance in order to guarantee maximum reliability. However, if a problem occurs you may be able to determine its cause by following the procedures suggested in this section.
Do not attempt to open the appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock.
If you are not able to solve the problem please contact your seller or manufacturer.
All users must be familiar with this section. Knowing what could go wrong can help to prevent problems occurring.
WARNING: any attempt to repair the appliance without contacting the manufacturer will void the warranty.
If the problem persists take your appliance to the customer service of any Worten, Modelo or Continente store in order to solve the problem.
Worten Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase of the appliance. The warranty is applicable for correct use and maintenance of the appliance, namely according to the instructions in this manual. Malfunctions caused by any other situations are not covered by the warranty.
The repair of electric appliances must only be made by qualified technicians in order to prevent future problems.
To avoid unnecessary risks, any malfunctions concerning wires or other components must be repaired in a specialized technical support workshop because suitable tools are required.
4. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

In order to protect the environment we strive to reduce the volume of packaging used, limiting it to three easily sorted materials: cardboard, paper and plastic.
The appliance is manufactured using recyclable materials once disassembled by a specialized company. Comply with local regulations concerning recycling of all materials.
