How do I connect the Sven RX-310 mouse to my computer?

Simply plug the USB cable into an available USB port on your computer. The mouse will be automatically recognized without needing additional drivers.

Does the Sven RX-310 require batteries?

No, this mouse is wired and powered directly via the USB connection, so no batteries are needed.

How can I change the DPI settings?

Press the DPI button located on the top of the mouse (near the scroll wheel) to cycle through 800, 1200, and 1600 DPI. The current DPI may be indicated by an LED color.

Is the mouse compatible with macOS?

Yes, the Sven RX-310 works with macOS (versions 10.12 and later) as well as Windows 7/8/10/11. No extra drivers required.

What should I do if the cursor moves erratically?

Try cleaning the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth. Ensure you are using the mouse on a non-reflective surface. If issues persist, restart your computer or try a different USB port.

Can I use the mouse on a glass surface?

Optical mice generally perform poorly on glossy or glass surfaces. For best results, use a mouse pad or a matte surface.

How do I clean the mouse?

Unplug the mouse and wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any solvents or immerse the mouse in water. Dry thoroughly before use.

The scroll wheel is not working properly. What can I do?

First, check if the issue is software-related by testing on another computer. If the problem persists, gently clean the scroll wheel with compressed air or a dry cloth. If still not working, contact support.

5. INSTALLATION

• Open the cover of the mouse battery compartment ②, insert the AA battery into the battery compartment matching the polarity, and close the cover of the battery compartment (see Fig. 4).
• Connect the included nano receiver ④ to a free PC USB port (Fig. 5). To activate the mouse, press any button of the mouse or turn the scroll wheel. If the mouse has been connected correctly, it will turn on automatically.

• After finishing your work, you can pull out the receiver ④ from the PC USB port and insert it into the mouse (Fig. 6). When using the receiver again, pull it out from the mouse (Fig. 7) and connect it to the PC USB port again.
• Do not place the receiver into a confined metal space (table drawer, box, safe), as a metal screen does not transmit radio signals.
• If the battery runs down, the mouse works by fits. It means that the battery should be replaced with a new one, as it is shown in Fig. 4.

Important

This device meets the highest standards of energy conservation. During long pauses in operation the mouse enters the economical Sleep mode. To enter the working mode just press any button or turn the scroll wheel.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem	Solution
The mouse does not work.	1. Make sure that the nano receiver has been inserted into the USB port and its distance to the mouse is less than 10 m.2. Check whether the battery has been installed correctly.3. Check if the battery has run down, replace the battery with a new one if necessary.4. Address nearest authorized service center.
