How do I pair my Lava Probuds T24 with my phone?

Open the charging case lid and remove the earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode with alternating Ice Blue and White LED flashes. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "PROBUDS T24" from the list. You will hear "Connected" when paired.

How do I reset my Probuds T24?

Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds. This clears pairing information and turns off the earbuds. Then manually turn them on or place them back in the case to re-enter pairing mode.

What is Pro Game Mode and how do I enable it?

Pro Game Mode reduces audio latency for gaming. Tap the right earbud three times to turn it on (you will hear "Pro Game Mode"). Repeat the action to turn it off (you will hear "Du").

How do I activate the voice assistant?

On standby or during music playback, tap the left earbud three times to turn on the voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant). Repeat the same action to turn it off.

What does the low battery warning sound like?

At 20% battery, the earbuds will say "Battery Low" and the white LED will flash every 5 seconds. This reminder repeats every 5 minutes until the battery dies.

How do I answer or reject a call?

Why do my earbuds keep disconnecting?

Ensure Bluetooth range is within 10 meters (33 feet) and no obstructions. If the earbuds are out of range or disconnected abnormally, you will hear "Disconnected". Try resetting the earbuds if the issue persists.

Can I use the earbuds while charging?

No, the earbuds charge when placed in the case. They cannot be used while charging. Always remove them from the case to use.

USER MANUAL Probuds T24 LAVA

To use the earbuds, open the cover of the charging case and take them out from the charging case. The headset will turn on automatically and enter the TWS pairing state accompanied by a “Power On, Pairing” prompt sound. It then enters ready to pair state with “du” prompt sound.

If pairing is not done in three minutes, the earbuds will be automatically powered off accompanied by a “Power Off” prompt sound. If you put the earbuds into the charging box, the earbuds will be automatically disconnected from the phone and enter the charging state.

CONNECTION

Once the lid of the charging case is opened and earbuds are taken out from the charging case, the LED light of master earbud will flash Ice blue & White alternately. Search out “PROBUDS T24” inside phone Bluetooth list, click connection, accompanied by a “Connected” prompt sound.

To disconnect the earbuds, disconnect the Bluetooth connection. It will be followed by a “Disconnected” prompt sound.

AUTOMATIC RE-CONNECTION

After power on (opening the cover case of the charging case), the headset will actively connect back to the last paired device with the "Connected" prompt sound, if in range with BT turned on.

MANUAL POWER ON

In power off state, long-press earbud (L) or (R) for 3 seconds to power on, accompanied by “Power On” prompt sound.

MANUAL POWER OFF

In power on state, long-press earbud (L) or (R) for 5 seconds to power off, accompanied by “Power Off” prompt sound.

ANSWER CALL

You can answer an incoming call with a single tap on the earbud (L) or (R), accompanied by a “tick” prompt sound.

REJECT CALL

You can reject a call by long pressing the earbud (L) or (R) for 2 seconds and release it, accompanied by a “tick” prompt sound.

DISCONNECT CALL

During an ongoing call, you can disconnect the call with a double tap on the earbud (L) or (R), accompanied by a “tick” prompt sound.

CANCEL DIALING

When in dialing mode, you can cancel the dialing with a single tap on the earbud (L) or (R), accompanied by a “tick” prompt sound.

MUSIC PLAY/PAUSE

In music playing mode, single tap the earbud (L) or (R) to play music, and repeat operation to pause the music.

VOLUME UP

In music/video playing mode, double tap the earbud (R) to increase the volume. There will a prompt sound when the volume reaches the maximum level.

VOLUME DOWN

In music/video playing mode, double tap the earbud (L) to decrease the volume. There will a prompt sound when the volume reaches the minimum level.

VOICE ASSISTANT TURN ON/OFF (SIRI/GOOGLE ASSISTANT)

On standby or music mode, tap the earbud (L) 3 times to ‘turn on’ voice assistant. Repeat operation will ‘turn off’ the voice assistant.

PRO-GAME MODE

Tap the earbud (R) thrice to ‘turn on’ the Pro Game Mode (low latency mode), accompanied by a “Pro Game Mode” prompt sound. Repeat operation will ‘turn off’ the pro game mode, accompanied by a "Du" prompt sound.

LOST WARNING/OUT OF RANGE

When the device is out of BT range or is disconnecting abnormally, there will be a “Disconnected” prompt sound.

RESET

Press and hold the reset button in T24 case for 5 seconds (clear phone pairing information, clear TWS pairing information). The earbuds will turn off. Now, Manually 'Turn on' or put earbuds back in the charging case again to enter pairing mode.

LOW BATTERY WARNING

When earbuds battery is low, earbuds will alert with "Battery Low" prompt sound at 20% battery level. The earbud white light flashes after every 5 seconds, and will remind at after 5-minute intervals with a "Battery Low" sound until power off.
