Download the Prowatch App from the App Store or Google Play, enable Bluetooth, and follow the in-app instructions to pair.

Is the Prowatch ZN waterproof?

It has an IP67 rating, meaning it is dust-tight and can withstand immersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Not suitable for swimming or hot showers.

How do I charge the watch?

Use the included magnetic charging cable. Attach it to the back of the watch and plug into a USB power source. Full charge takes about 2 hours.

Can I receive calls on the watch?

Yes, the Prowatch ZN supports Bluetooth calling. You can answer or reject calls, but the watch does not have a speaker for independent calling.

How do I track my sleep?

Sleep tracking is automatic once you sync the watch with the app. It detects deep, light, and awake phases. Check the app in the morning for detailed data.

What should I do if the watch is not syncing?

How do I reset the watch?

Go to Settings on the watch, find Factory Reset, and confirm. This will erase all data and pairings. Alternatively, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the logo appears.

It supports notifications for calls, SMS, social media, and apps that push notifications. You can customize which apps alert you in the Prowatch App.

APP DOWN LOAD AND LOGIN

• Download the app from Google Play Store onto your Smartphones.
• Or scan the QR code on the watch (compatible: android10 & above).
• Once the app is installed, register and login to the application.
• Allow the application to search and connect with the Prowatch. Keep the device close to the phone during connection process.

From the Home screen interface,

• Swipe from top to bottom to enter the shortcut interface.
• Swipe from bottom to top to enter the notifications interface.
• Swipe from left to right to enter the menu list.

BUTTON FU NCTIONS:

Top Button: Press the top button to ON/OFF the screen. Top button can also act as rotary encoder to navigate UI of the watch.

Frequent contacts

After the watch is connected to the app, user can add up to 20 favorite contacts through the app onto the watch.

Dial

After the watch is connected with the app via Bluetooth, use the dial pad in the watch to dial the desired number to make a call directly from the watch.

Motion data Notifications

View and analyze activity data such as number of steps, distance and calories.

Once notifications are enabled for desired apps on Prospot, they will be pushed from your smartphone to the watch simultaneously.

Quick Reply

User can send quick reply sms from the watch at the time of receiving calls. Customized messages can be set through the incoming call settings in the app.

Voice Assistance

After the watch is connected to the mobile app, tap the voice assistant icon to wake up the voice assistant and give command.
