How do I connect the K-Bar to my computer?

Use the included USB-C cable to connect the DEVICE USB-C 2.0 port on the K-Bar to a USB port on your computer. Your computer should automatically recognize it as a webcam, speaker, and microphone.

Can I mount the K-Bar on the wall?

Yes, the K-Bar comes with a wall bracket kit. Drill three holes (6mm drill bit) at the desired location, attach the wall bracket with the supplied screws, then slide the device bracket mounted to the K-Bar onto the wall bracket.

How do I adjust the camera angle?

The camera can be manually tilted ±15° up/down. For directional control during video, use the directional keys on the remote after zooming.

What is the maximum resolution and frame rate?

The K-Bar supports up to 3840x2160 at 30fps in H.264 or MJPG formats. Lower resolutions are also available.

How does the auto-framing feature work?

Press the Auto framing button on the remote (button 11) to enable or disable auto-framing. When enabled, the camera automatically adjusts to keep participants in frame.

Can I save custom camera presets?

Yes, you can save up to 10 preset positions. Adjust the image using zoom and directional keys, then press and hold a number key (1-10) on the remote for 3 seconds to save. Briefly press the number key to recall.

Is the K-Bar compatible with all video conferencing software?

The K-Bar acts as a standard USB video and audio device, so it is compatible with most conferencing apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.

What does the mute button do?

The On/Off push button on the unit toggles the microphone on/off. The remote also has a Mute button (button 10) for the same function. When muted, the microphone is disabled.

How do I clean the K-Bar?

Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use any liquids or sharp objects. For internal cleaning, contact tech support.

What power supply does the K-Bar require?

The K-Bar uses a 12V DC, 2A power adapter (included). Connect the power cord to the unit and plug into a mains outlet. The power consumption is max 1A (12W).

Mounting K-Bar

You can place your K-Bar on a surface, mount it on the wall or on top of the display (using the special TV mount, purchased separately).

• Ensure that the environment (e.g., dust, maximum ambient temperature, humidity & air flow) is compatible for the device.
• Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or any other heat source.
• Keep away from children – product includes small accessories and components.
• Avoid uneven mechanical loading.
  • Do not insert any sharp objects into the product.
• Avoid dropping or hitting the product to avoid damaging the product.
  • For maintenance, call tech support.

To attach K-Bar onto a wall:

1. Find the correct location on the wall.
2. In the desired location, Drill 3 holes (using a 6mm drill-bit).
3. Attach the wall bracket to the wall using the 3 supplied screws.

Connecting the K-Bar

Always switch OFF the power on each device before connecting it to your K-Bar.
