Match the ▼ mark on the strainer with the ▲ mark on the handle. Turn the cover counterclockwise completely (until 'click' sound is heard).
Fit the cone onto the drive shaft. Cut fruit into two halves.

The knife blade is used for chopping, mixing and blending. Always put the knife blade in place in the bowl before adding any ingredients.
Cut into 1 inch cubes.

Fit the projected detent of the blade onto the blade stand and fit it properly.
