Mounting Your KeyBox

Permanent Model:

1. Remove the lid.
2. Find a convenient flat surface.
3. Locate the knockouts on back of vault (shown below).
4. Punch out the knockouts.
5. Mount with appropriate screws.
6. Replace the lid.

UTC Fire & Security (UTCFS), 4001 Fairview Industrial Dr SE, Salem, Oregon 97302, Tel. [phone], warrants to the original buyer of its products for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase that the products are free from defects in workmanship and materials.

UTCFS will, without charge to the buyer, repair or replace, at its option, any defective product returned by the original buyer to UTCFS (at the buyer's cost) at its service and repair facilities located at the above address within 1 year of the date of purchase. The foregoing warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or misuse. UTCFS does not warrant that this product cannot be broken into.

UTCFS LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY LEGALLY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
