Why is the 'Add Water' indicator on even though there is water in the tank?
This may indicate a sensor malfunction. Contact Sunpentown customer service at 800-330-0388 for assistance.
How often should I change the water in the ice maker?
It is recommended to change the water every 24 hours to maintain hygiene. If not using the unit for several days, drain and dry the tank.

What should I do if the 'Ice Full' indicator does not light up when the basket is full?
Direct sunlight or reflections may interfere with the infrared sensor. Move the unit away from sunlight or close curtains/blinds.
