Base Stand Assembly Instructions
- Place the TV with the display side down on a flat surface. Use a cloth to protect the display. Position the base stand onto the bottom of the stand neck.

- Attach the base stand to the stand neck firmly tightening the supplied screws.

Instruction for Wall Mount
A wall mount kit (purchased separately) would allow you to mount your PROSCAN TV on the wall. For detailed information on installing the wall mount, refer to the instructions provided by the wall mount manufacturer. It is strongly recommended to contact a technician for professional assistance for wall mount installation.

- 4 pcs of type screws are required for installing the wall mount bracket to M6 your TV. Do not use screws that are longer than 10 mm. Screws that PROSCAN are too long may cause damage to the inside of the TV set.
- Do not fasten the screws too tight for this may damage the TV or cause the TV to fall, resulting in personal injury. is not liable for these kinds of PROSCAN incidents.
- Do not mount your TV at more than a 15 degree tilt.PROSCAN
- Always use two people to mount the TV to a wall.

- SOURCE: Display the input source menu.
- MENU: Display main MENU.
- CH+/CH-: In TV mode, press "CH+" or "CH-" to change the channel up and down. In MENU mode, press "CH+" or "CH-" to select items in standby mode, press "CH+" or "CH-" to turn on the TV.
- VOL+/VOL-: Adjust sound level. In MENU mode, press "VOL+" or "VOL-" to adjust the item that you selected.
- STANDBY: Press this button to turn the unit ON from STANDBY mode. Press it again to turn the set back to STANDBY.

All the terminals are (from left to right):

Note: Video and YPbPr share one audio channel.

1. PICTURE MENU
In this menu, you can adjust the picture effect here, such as contrast, brightness, etc.
Press ▼▲ to select, press ENTER to adjust.

Note:
1). If you want to adjust contrast, brightness, color, and sharpness, the picture mode must return to personal status. Energy saving is the default setting, if you select some other options, the power consumption may change.
2).Tint is available in NTSC system only.
3). There are three color temperature modes can be selected: Normal, Warm and Cool.
1.1 VGA Setting
When PC Mode is available.
Press ENTER button to select VGA setting
1). H-Pos: Adjust the horizontal position of the screen.
2). V-Pos: Adjust the vertical position of the screen.
3). Clock: Fine tune the screen width.
4). Phase: Fine tune the phase of the screen. Usually don't adjust this item.
5). Auto: Auto adjust to fit the screen.

2. AUDIO menu
In this menu, you can ajust the sound effect here. Press ▼▲ to select, press ENTER to adjust.

Note:
1). Audio language is available in ATSC/TV Programming only.
2). Auto volume is available only when the input signal volume is too large or there is distortion.
3. TIMER MENU
In this menu, you can adjust the sleep timer, time zone, etc. Press ▼▲ to select, press ENTER to adjust.

Note:
1). Time zone, DST and the clock are available in ATSC programming only, and the Clock can't be adjust.
4. OPTION menu
In this menu, you can adjust the Menu language, Close Caption, Restore Default etc.
Press ▼▲ to select, press ENTER to adjust.

4.1 Closed Caption

1). CC Mode: Switching close caption mode.
2). Advanced selection: only ATSC program is available.
3).Option: Used to edit CC font.
Note:
1).Restore Default: Restore Default will clear all the programs and reset all the settings to default value.
5. LOCK MENU
In this menu, you can change the password and adjust the vchip setting.
Enter the password, it will go into the lock menu.
Factory default password is 6666.

5.1 Change Password
1).Old password: Input the old password.
2). New password: Input the new password.
3). Confirm password: Input the new password again.
5.2 System Lock
When the System Lock switch is ON, the below options listed below can be adjusted.

6. Channel MENU
In this menu, you can adjust digital and analog TV Channels.
Press ▼▲ to select, press ENTER to adjust.

6.1 Air/Cable:
Select Air TV signal and cable TV signal.
6.2 Auto Scan:
If it's the first time you use the TV, you should scan all the TV channels first,
Press ENTER button to confirm, you will see the menu

Press ENTER to select a scan type, you will see the message below which indicates auto search is in process.

6.3 Favorite:
Press ENUTER to choose/delete the favorite channel.
6.4 Show/Hide
Press ENTER button to display or hide current channel.
6.5 DTV signal
Display DTV strength signal. It can't be selected and adjusted.
7. USB function
Before starting operation, verify that the USB storage device is using the FAT32 file system format. This television does not support NTFS or other formats. Please use a high-speed USB 2.0 device with a maximum capacity of 50GB.

What to do
Plug it in
Plug your Roku Streaming Stick into the MHL port of your TV or other Roku Ready device. Simple as that!

Connect to network
Now you can grab your remote and jump right into guided setup. Have your network name and password ready and do the following:
- Select your network from the list of available networks.
- Enter your network password, if you use one. Remember, network passwords are case sensitive.

During setup, you'll be prompted to create your Roku account
online at roku.com/link. Your Roku Streaming Stick will generate a unique code that links your player to your new account. Roku accounts are free and secure. And while a valid credit card number is required to create your account, rest assured you will only be charged if you authorize purchases of apps and games from the Roku Channel Store.
Troubleshooting
Having trouble completing setup? Don't worry: it's usually an easy fix.
If you cannot see a picture on your TV:
• Make sure your TV is turned on. (This tip could save you some embarrassment.)
• Make sure the video input on your TV or home theater receiver is set to match the output (usually HDMI or MHL) used with the Roku Streaming Stick. Most TVs have an Input button on the remote control to change video inputs.
If you cannot connect to your wireless home network during guided setup:
If you are not getting 3 or more signal-strength bars above your wireless network, adjust the location of your Roku Streaming Stick and/or wireless router. Make sure there are no obstructions, like cement walls, between your Roku Streaming Stick and your wireless router.
• Make sure you select the correct wireless router name on the “Wireless” screen.
Troubleshooting (cont.)
• Make sure you enter the correct password, if your network is security-enabled (password is case sensitive).
If you have turned off SSID broadcasting on your wireless router, you can add your network by selecting “My network is not shown” from the “Wireless” screen.
If you cannot hear sound:
• Make sure the connectors on the cables between your TV and home theater receiver are pushed in all the way.

Make sure the volume on your TV or home theater receiver is turned up and isn't on mute.
• Make sure the input on your TV or home theater receiver matches the output (HDMI or MHL) used with your Roku Streaming Stick.

TERMS OF WARRANTY
C.I. Service Dept. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year on parts and 90 days on labor. If you originally purchased your product more than 90 days ago, a repair fee may apply.
Nothing within this warranty shall imply that C.I. will be responsible or liable for any damage to any items placed in this product, whether due to any defect of the product, or its use, whether proper or improper.

The License Agreement
The Roku and third-party software license terms can be found at: www.roku.com/license. Use of the Roku Streaming Stick (“Streaming Stick”) constitutes acceptance of as well as agreement to those license terms.
1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below, Roku provides this Limited Warranty:
- Only to the person or entity that originally purchased the Streaming Stick from Roku or from one of its authorized re-sellers or distributors; and
- Only for Streaming Sticks purchased and delivered to the end user within the United States and Canada.
Limited Warranty
Roku warrants the Streaming Stick hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). If Roku determines that the Streaming Stick's hardware is defective, Roku will either repair the unit or replace the unit with either a new or rebuilt Streaming Stick, at its option. If the Warranty Period has expired or is otherwise not applicable (see Scope and Limitation on Warranty below), we will return the Streaming Stick to you. THE FOREGOING SETS FORTH ROKU'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Return and Warranty Service Process
Please access and review the online help resources at www.roku.com/support before seeking warranty service. To return or obtain warranty service for a Streaming Stick, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Roku. Customer Support contact information can be found by visiting www.roku.com/support. RMA numbers expire thirty days from issuance. Roku may attempt to troubleshoot a warranty-related problem prior to issuing a RMA number. Please be prepared to provide additional information upon request. Once a RMA number is obtained, you must ship your Streaming Stick, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase and all accessories, in either the original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the Roku authorized distribution facility identified by the CSR. Failure to return any of the accessories could result in a delay and/or result in an invoice to you or credit to Roku for the missing accessories.
Important: When emailing for a RMA number, please provide the following information with your request: (a) model number, (b) serial number, (c) problem description, (d) software version (located in the System Configuration menu), (e) date of purchase, (f) place of purchase (re-seller or online place of purchase), and (g) return shipping address (P.O. boxes are not accepted).
Scope of and Limitation on Warranty
The warranty on the Streaming Stick is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units as described in the Limited Warranty section above. This warranty does not cover customer training or education, installation, set up adjustments, or signal reception problems. This warranty also does not cover any issue related to the service provided by your Service Provider, including but not limited to service disruption, changes in service terms, changes in offerings, changes in format, or technical problems.
