How do I laminate a document with the Creative CL90?

Insert the document into a laminating pouch, place it in the feeding tray with the sealed edge first, and wait until it exits the rear slot.

What size pouches can I use?

The Creative CL90 accepts pouches up to A4 size (230 mm width). Use pouches up to 250 microns total thickness.

How do I clear a jam?

Turn off and unplug the laminator. Wait for it to cool down, then gently pull the jammed pouch from the front or rear. Do not use sharp objects.

Why does my laminated document have bubbles or wrinkles?

Ensure the pouch is not wrinkled before insertion and that the laminator is fully warmed up (wait 3 minutes). Also check that the pouch thickness is within limit.

Can I use cold lamination?

No, the Creative CL90 is a hot laminator only. It does not support cold lamination.

How do I clean the rollers?

After the laminator has cooled, wipe the rollers with a soft, damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

What does the auto shut-off feature do?

The laminator automatically turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity to save energy and prevent overheating.

Can I laminate items thicker than 250 microns?

No, using thicker pouches may cause jams or damage the machine. Stick to pouches up to 250 microns total.

GBC Creative Laminalor A4 CL90 is designed for 2 x 125 mic. (Total 250 mic.) pouch use only.

The laminator has 2 temperature settings:

'Std. Paper' – use 2x125 micron pouches (total 250 micron) when laminating with Standard paper
