1. Important Safeguards
When using the rice cooker, please follow the below basic safety precautions:
The following chart indicates the degree of damage caused by wrong operation.

The following symbols can distinguish the instruction types that need to be strictly followed.

| Never allow children to operate the appliance alone or play as toy. Please put the appliance in a place not reachable by children. | Please use the power socket with rated current over 10A and ground wire individually. | ||

Warning

Do not touch, plug in or remove the plug with wet hands, it can cause electric shock.

When in use, do not use cloth or other foreign objects to block the steam outlet, it is to avoid lid deformation or change color.

Do not attempt to modify the rice cooker by yourself or repair with any parts that are not authorized.

Always check the condition of rice cooker, inner pot, power cord and plug. To avoid hazard, stop using the rice cooker immediately if any damage found.

Never immerse the main body, power cord or plug in water or let them wet.

The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Caution

Do not use other container to substitute the original inner pot.

Do not exceed the maximum water indication line in the inner pot to prevent water and steam spilling from the rice cooker.

Make sure the outer surface of inner pot and heating plate are clean and dry before use, otherwise it may cause the rice cooker break down.

After use, remove the plug from the socket and make sure the rice cooker completely cools down before moving, cleaning or checking.

Do not open the lid, move or shake the rice cooker when in use, it can cause danger.

Be sure to grasp the power plug itself when plug in or remove the plug. Do not grasp the power cord.

Do not place the rice cooker in environment that is humid, unstable, near water or fire.

Do not operate the appliance when the power cord is tangle, otherwise it will speed up the power cord deterioration.

4. Operation Instructions

Measure rice
-
Provided measuring cup – a cup of rice is about 0.16L which is approximately one-person quantity.
• Maximum rice cooking capacity of the rice cooker is 1.5 cups, otherwise rice may spill from the rice cooker. -
Wash rice and add water
Do not wash rice directly in the inner pot to avoid scratching its coating. Please wash rice in other containers.

- Put the rinsed rice in the inner pot, then add suitable amount of water. For a cup of rice, add water to the inner pot until the water level reach the indication line "1 Cup". You may adjust the water amount according to your own preference on the rice texture. (Note: Do not use hot water to cook rice, it will affect the heat detection of the thermostat and the rice texture.)

Put the inner pot inside the main body, then cover with the lid.

Before putting the inner pot inside the rice cooker main body, make sure the outer and bottom surface of the inner pot is wiped dry and clean. If foreign substance on the heating plate is found, please remove it immediately.
- Put the inner pot inside the main body horizontally and make sure it directly contacts with the heating plate. Be sure the rice is evenly distributed in the inner pot.

When cover the lid, lock the lid by matching the notch on both sides of the lid with the extruded marks on the main body, press the lid lock at two ends until a "click" sound is heard.

Connect power to the rice cooker to start cooking.

Insert one end of power cord to the power connector on the rice cooker main body and the other end to the power socket tightly. The "Warm" indicator light will be on.

Press down the power switch, the "Warm" indicator light goes off and the "Cook" indicator light goes on that means to start cooking.

After the rice is cooked, the power switch will rebound to the original position automatically with a "click" sound. The "Cook" indicator light will turn off. The "Warm" indicator light will turn on which means the rice cooker switches to keep warm status automatically.
- After changing to keep warm status, you may keep the rice in the rice cooker for 10-15 minutes, the rice would become soft and taste better.
- When the rice cooker is not in use, the plug must be removed from the power socket.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Must unplug the rice cooker and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
- Please clean the inner pot with mild detergent. Never use poisonous or corrosive detergent for cleaning.
- If food sticks on the inner pot, you may soak the inner pot with clean water for a while before cleaning.

To avoid damage to the inner pot, please read below precautions:

Do not wash rice in the inner pot directly to avoid damage on the inner pot non-stick coating and affect cooking quality of rice.
- Do not crash the inner pot or heat it directly on fire, otherwise it will cause the inner pot to deform and damage.
- Do not cook food which is acidic (such as vinegar) or alkaline in the inner pot, it will cause corrosion to the inner pot.
- Please use original rice scoop, do not use metal utensils to avoid scratch on the inner pot coating.
- Please use sponge or soaked cloth to clean the inner pot. Never clean with metal brush, scouring pad or other hard material.

The color of inner pot may change with time, however it does not affect the food hygiene and function of the inner pot.

If dirts are attached on the heating plate, main body or lid, clean it with a wet cloth and then wipe it dry.
6. Storage
- Always let the rice cooker cool down completely before storage.
- When store the rice cooker, please put it in a box and store in a dry place.
- When store the rice cooker, never wrap the power cord round the rice cooker or clip the power cord, it prevents deterioration on the power cord.
7. Special Avowal

8. After Sales Service
For any defect caused under normal use, our company is responsible for repairing or replacing any parts of the said electrical appliance free of charge within one year guarantee period commencing from the date of purchase. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become our property. Warranty service does not cover the repair or replacement of accessories, consumable parts such as housing, inner pot, etc. If the appliance is used improperly, for commercial use or semi-commercial use, or not follow the instructions in the operation manual, the warranty becomes invalid and our company will refuse any liability and repairing cost for the damage caused.
